Best thing I ever did.
Went from 5 steady in rotation to zero.
I can’t lie.... the first month was difficult especially in the middle of the winter.
But I came out of it stronger and now I am back up to 2 regulars both of which are solid 7-8’s.
I hit the gym a lot more and spend a lot more time on ME,making paper and music.
I am still playing the field and dating a lot more as opposed to being comfortable and hitting the same gash over and over.
Recommended for rut busting and destroying any complacency/routine or laziness you might be prone to.
