This doesn't look like much of a protest to me, only 25 people gathered together in a park to take pictures of themselves.

25 people?

I estimated they would get 250. Were are the 40K+ that signed the petition? Or were most of that fake or people too lazy to meet on something they 'believe is true'?

The RVF Store is now offering a limited edition "Battle of Toronto" T-shirt. Only 250 shirts have been printed. Once they are gone, THEY ARE GONE! Toronto protesters can use promo code "iconsent" for a 15% discount.

Toronto doesn't have as much of a protest culture as Montreal does. Even during the G8 riots, the most violent and abrasive rioters were supposedly based out of Montreal.

Montreal has both more feminine women, and more irrational feminists. Toronto is full of polite, non-violent, vanilla people who think they are double chocolate with extra sprinkles. With all the knocks I have against Toronto, one thing that I can say, is that Torontonians are generally civil and polite.

Compared to who? BC hippies, northen ontario francaphones, manitoba farmers, newfoundlanders, anyone from the midwest excluding chicago, anyone that says 'y'all' south of the mason dixon line?

Maybe Torontonian's aren't assholes when compared to quebec separatists but they are assholes compared to most other areas of north america. I grew up in Toronto and was stunned at the kindness I've encountered as I've travelled and worked around the rest of the continent.

Darn... I spent $50 on new King Sized bed sheets, when I could have just bought this shirt for half the price. A little bleach would get rid of that 2nd grade level artwork easily.

The artwork reminds me of the stuff from the "Pictures I've Gone and Done" guy.

Compared to other major cities. I also spent many years in Toronto and have traveled the US and Canada extensively. Agreed that small town folk in both Canada and the US are friendlier, but that is hardly comparable. But I would say Torontonians are way more polite than the people I have encountered in Paris, London, and NYC. Although, I did enjoy all three of those cities very much.

...aand the hamster is off and running.

Cheri Dinovo tweets "With 2 days to organize, the women did an awesome job!"

1. They've known Roosh was going to be in Toronto for about 10 days, not 2
2. "the women" I know the men are a beard hair away from being women...but are you telling me that no man helped or was at that protest? Typical.

More people here as guests than in that "protest". Hilarious!

There were about 20 people there to actually "protest", some random observers, about 8 cops, and a news staff from CN 24. It was mostly the Occupy Toronto crowd.

What's funny is they were fighting with a guy they felt was a "spy", and the cops were asking him not to record people. He explained that they were recording it, and so was the news, so why couldn't he?

The "protest" can be summed up in two words: epic fail.

.... the forum's now up to 350+ guests, holy crap.

During the week we were regularly pulling 200+ so I was surprised to see the numbers were sub-200 today but now we're right back up to crazy numbers.

Everyone's waiting to hear about the talk and how wildly successful it was, I guess!

Yeah, Toronto is the 5th largest city in north America, so it has more venues, and they failed to locate Roosh last time so for them things are looking grim.

To be honest I'm disappointed. I wanted to see some ruckus.

It's like the "1 in 5 women in University get raped" stat. If that were the case, no one would send their daughters to University.

I have always wondered this myself. Why would any parent willingly pay thousands of dollars per year to put their daughters into such a dangerous place?

1 out of 2 raped in Canada now? The politician is saying that, isnt she supposed to be the one protecting their citizens from this?

If that stat is true then she should certainly lose her job because whatever she is doing aint working.

that's pathetic they're harassing random people who are curious about watching their protest.

Why would you protest in a PUBLIC place then act surprised when curious passers-by stop to watch? What a bunch of fucking fascists. they only allow certain cameramen to record their public screeching?

I always heard Canadians are really friendly people, gotta feel sorry for the poor bastards on vacation in Toronto get chastised for looking at a large group of people.

It seems they had more protesters in Montreal didn't they? And they had more time to prepare. Enough time to sell t shirts and have an incredible 8 cops for every 20 protesters ratio. I thought Toronto was the hot bed of SJWs.

Being serious here (maybe overly cautious) but I would not let my guard down. Seems too quiet compared to the lead up. Will be happy when Roosh informs us everything went well.

Edit: Well based on this seems like there are more than 20. I just got that from another post on here.

Canadians, for the most part, were quite lovely. I've enjoyed my time in Toronto immensely.

The only nasty ones this entire weekend were the protestors who were looking for "spies" and "Roosh's followers."

What's also interesting is that I did not see a single police officer this entire weekend until I went to the protest.

I actually do pay $80+ a month. Had to hound Rogers to give me 6 gigs of data or else.
