NYC - Upper West Side

Fellas-
Going to be in NYC - UWS - this Wednesday and Thursday night (with a friend with...unpredictable game).
I did post in Travel but not sure how many peeps will see it...so posting here, too.

Would love any tips on good places to find slutty gir....err I mean find fun girls. Or any tips on gaming in The City. I'm staying at a nice enough hotel in the UWS.
We're 40-ish - easily get away with early/mid 30's.

Prefer younger women but frankly we'll go where the action/fun is.

What's the dress code these days? - can you get away with nice jeans/shoes and nice flattering black t-shirt (my lucky shirt :-) ? I don't do the suit thing but could do the jeans/nice button down....

Thanks

Most of the fun in Manhattan is south of 14th Street. I can't stress this enough.

NYC is very style sensitive though. You will be disqualified if you dress like a pleb. Conversely, a suit is overkill unless you are deliberately going to an upscale lounge like Employees Only or The Top of The Standard.

Get a sports jacket or blazer that fits and a dress shirt and avoid sneakers or cheap looking pants. Try Cielo near the High Line or go to Hell Square in the Lower East side. If it is too posh head north. Too sketchy, head west.

I know the UWS intimately.
For nightlife, it's pretty terrible. I recommend avoiding it.
If you're adamant, most of the bar scene happens around of 110th and Amsterdam (Colombia) or in the 80s and Amsterdam.
There is also the Empire Rooftop near Lincoln Center.

What street are you based on?

To be honest, if I were you I'd get back on the express train back down to midtown or Greenwich.

You can always try out some Mattress Girl openers if you run into Columbia students.

UWS sucks ass. It's good if you have a family or like peace and quiet. Take a taxi to Meat Packing or East Village instead.
