A hot girl will look hot doing virtually any sport. The more interesting question is what sport optimizes a girl's looks. The optimal female body is skinny arms with a big ass and long legs. Muscular quads can be a plus, but significant muscle virtually anywhere outside the thighs and ass detracts from a girl's appearance. Especially neck, shoulder, back, and arm musculature. If you want to be technical about it, calculate her Ass To Arm ratio, the higher the better.
Volleyball is good, but it really doesn't work out the ass enough - standing in that half squat mostly works the quads, not the ass. If they're low bar squatting in addition, all is well. Team VB players may barbell squat, recreational ones, probably not.
Yoga: I used to think this was great, now I see its flaws. The problem with yoga is that it has no external resistance to BUILD a good big ass. Skinny girls will still have a skinny, though shapely, ass after doing lots of yoga. The yoga girls who have big asses either built that from previous athletic training, or they were fat before so they naturally had more weight resistance. Virtually every yoga class has a skinny girl who is killer at yoga, but still has a tiny ass. One cannot build a PAWG from yoga alone.

Sprinters and luge are other good candidates. I dated a girl who did cross country skiing, great ass with a tiny upper body - the upper body work in the sport is minimal, although endurance sports are usually unfavorable to large musculature, asses included.
