No chick is in full makeup with her best outfit on all the time, I don't care who she is.
This is a good reason to do it for a while actually.
It gives you a sharper eye for makeup and outfit tricks, which is a very valuable skill to have when looking for a cold approach. It's nice to be able to tell a dolled up 5 from a natural 9 at a glance.

Great post. I am a new redpill and just realised I've been doing window shopping all my beta life. Just deleted my intsagram account which was used solely for gawking at hotties. Won't be wasting anymore time like that again. So thankful i read this blog post.
Though does this mean jacking off to hot girls is a no go? Should you just restrict yourself to porn?

You have women like this one who intentionally sets thirst traps:
It should actually be pointed out that women created thirsty behavior via attention whoring, nothing says thirst more than "Hey, look at me in this low-cut shirt and yoga pants that I'm wearing while lounging in my room in full makeup and a fresh hairdo."
The truth is these women have nothing else to do, they have no value to add to the world, and they've done nothing to uplift themselves.
No bitch is getting paid to set thirst traps on Instagram.
^ She explains it so well. I understand it now. She explains that she finally found the courage to attention whore. She is now "courageous" enough to post pics of herself on the internet. ( sarcasm intended here )
What confounded hamster logic.

I don't know...it's really a woman's job to get attention. It's a survival instinct.
In the real world, if you can get attention as a woman then you win the game.
You can get a man to approach you and initiate the conversation.
Social media though takes this concept and jacks it up on steroids...with no
real benefit for the women or the men. Unless you're getting paid for it,
showing off your body on social media just to get attention is fool's gold.

^^ This.
I don't plan on ever going back to Instagram or adding randoms on Facebook.
Once you get out of it, you realize what a time-waste it is.
It's happened to me before where i have a conversation with a girl, accepted her friend request and then got flaked on.
If you have a very active presence, chances are she'll find something she won't like or something that might de-value you in her eyes. Unless you're a celeb.
Now i just use Facebook for what it's only really good for, i locked down the privacy and use it for keeping in touch with family and people i've know and respected for years, that's about 15 people, down from around 3.250 people that i used to have on my so called 'friends' list.

I'm becoming a fan of the series theme, it's sort of something that just happened. I don't like topics that tend to begin with numbers, not that some of them aren't interesting nor add value, I just don't want to read like a Madame Noire hit-piece.
So for my first take of "Real Talk Sessions", I want to discuss a problem I know you're having. I have been a victim of it in a way as well, which I will gladly discuss in this post.
A lot of us have Tumblr, Instagram, Twitter, etc. for business and personal reasons. With the internet, we have access to seeing women who we would normally never see. There are chicks out here, known as "exoticals" by their haters, who are mixes of people who we would have never imagined being created.
Beautiful women are posting pictures of themselves on their respective social media accounts, every day, all day long.
You are looking at them.
You need to stop.
Before I continue, as I stated before, I have been caught up in this game in the past. There's a relatively famous latin urban model who I had the chance of meeting. I had been talking to her online for a minute since we had a mutual friend. I finally had the chance to meet her in person when she came down to Miami for a shoot, and let's just say, I bailed on the interaction after a short period of time.
Looks wise she was exactly what I expected, I mean her pics are everywhere so there wasn't much likelihood of being surprised and I figured with the vibe we had the chance to hook up was high, but in person her personality was just off-putting. It felt like I was talking to a completely different person.
What's happening in most situations is two-fold:
1. You'll never meet the chicks you're looking at.
2. They're nothing like how they present themselves to be.
Women use social media to advertise themselves as products in the way they want to be seen. Most are not advertising for you. They don't care that you would eat their assholes like push-up pops. They're mostly hoping to be seen by someone who can put them on in a certain way. In other words, someone who can get them some kind of work or someone they can get with in some way that will be beneficial to them. They also make it a point to show the best parts of themselves and their lives. You get the sense that their life is just better than the average person's. They're exposed to all kinds of material things and they always look "perfect".
At some point it raises questions.
No chick is in full makeup with her best outfit on all the time, I don't care who she is. Also, she's not posting about her bouts with depression, drug and/or alcohol abuse, bastard children, etc. All that is kept secret to preserve the fantasy.
But the reality remains, most of these chicks are never-will-bes. There are a lot of beautiful women out there. Some of them may even be signed to someone, but they're not all working which means they're not all getting paid which means a lot of them are broke. Some of them have men in their lives who are nothing for you to be envious of. In fact, in most cases, you'll look at their situations and think, "Wow, that's the best she can do?"
It's a cold world for women, high-quality appearances don't mean you can lock down high-quality men.
So it's these chicks who you need to stop devoting real time to, and you know it's real time. You know you're spending a portion of your day looking at these chicks and marveling at them.
Stop.
There are girls in your world who you can actually get with. Any energy towards those you can't is a complete waste of your time. I would say it's worse than porn, since at least porn has an end game. But in this case, we're just talking about pictures of chicks who you'll never meet, thus, you'll never know what they're really like, and they'll never be able to do anything for you.
Well stated sir.

Instagram is the best way to promote some pussy - Kendrick
Checking Instagram photos to crowd source my self esteem - Kanye
The fact that women en masse use social media more just shows how low self-esteem women are in general.
Regardless, I needed to read this today.
Hell, social media is even making it harder for me to get over my ex. She’s blocked me on everything, yet I can “ghost” follow her FB through another account and see when she changes her profile photos on IG.

Why would you waste time doing this?

There's also a lot of male IG thots as well. Even some that have "business inquiries" emails listed in their bio. Gee, I wonder what they're up to? I wonder what percentage of their millions of followers are actually other men. Of what percentage of that are "straight" men?
I don't care how ripped a guy is, if he is attention whoring on IG, he is a phaggot.

I disagree. I get action from social media, its just another pipeline.
But don't invest more than you get in returns, and don't slip into bad habits.
In other words, its ok in moderation, like everything else in life really.

I think all guys know that the pretty ladies on social media ain't so physically appealing or are Ms Personality when met in real person.
I find it hard to believe that women don't already know that their picture doesn't match themselves in real life. How many times has a guy met her and barfed? before she gets the message? The question is why do they continue to post unrealistic shit about themselves.
The solution of course is chicks/guys posting short video's of themselves on social media (like I do on my FB "accounts") Yet I still see so many still shots of chicks on multiple social platforms. Why? in this day and age.
Let's assume 30 years ago all women said "where are all the good men" and you watched it on TV or read articles about this and wondered to yourself...I'm right here in front of you.(guys by the millions available)
Women are saying the exact thing today. They float in a sea of men yet aren't thirsty.
This is the FAKE era.
Fake tits
Fake ass
Fake face (make up. botox. lips injections. coloured contact lenses...list is entensive)
Fake hair (hair extensions and wigs)
Fake personalities (too much Netflix)
....A FAKE social media profile with pictures on Tinder or IG is just another branch of a well travelled FAKE path by women.
Women don't like themselves. They didn't 30 yrs ago and it's worse now with the social isolation and retardation caused by the web.
AND women liked to be liked....and flattered. But they can't bring themselves to believe they can be liked/loved for who they are. (easier to say all men are liars...but we are not)
Yes you can put a man into a room full of woman and he'll think he just went to heaven....but a woman going into a room full of men will leave saying there were no good men there. It's not that there was or wasn't it is how she feels about herself.
Because women change moods like they change clothes a guy has to be around at the "right time" (bar with booze) or at college...workplace..gym...jogging...biking...to catch the woman on her right day.
There is no right day on social media for women. It's 10.000 guys saying the same things hoping they can score. All guys do is make some women narcissists. (but probably already nuts to begin with)
I'd rather spend 1 quality hour on the street looking for a real girl that is in the right frame of mind than 100 hours online hoping a girl is believable or a least fuckable.
Essentially ...Stop looking at Women on Social Media Sites.
@RatINtheWoods I totally agree on PIPELINE but for me it's for travel. It seems countries outside the westernized ones girls are a little more "genuine" about themselves and pictures they post. But it's always a crap shoot.
