The Russian parliament has started debating a bill making tattoo artists warn their clients about the possible dangerous consequences of getting inked. The sponsors are especially concerned about women who were getting tattoos in the small of the back.

As much as I dislike tattoo's, there is no sure indicator of a woman you should not have anything serious with than a tattoo.

Someday these girls will catch on but until that time comes I will happily avoid anything serious with the likes of Stacey from Stoke who has a tamp stamp or ankle/thigh tatt.

I agree the "mark of the whore" is a solid indicator and it's better to have this option available in society so women can conveniently brand themselves.

Notice that this is not prohibiting anything, it just requires the provides to stop and discuss it with their customers about it first. This will be slammed as barbaric and oppressive.

Yet when David Cameron makes Internet providers disallow access to porn unless the customer specifically requests it, this is hailed as smart, awesome and protecting women and children.
