The essence of red pill

Hey guys long time, first time,
A phrase popped into my head that I think succinctly describes being red pill:
Instead of thinking about what people should do, you think about what they will do.

You mean being aware of and accepting the innate nature of people (how the brain is wired; impulses etc.) E.g. Females' propensity to chase thrils, their need to experience emotional turmoil, and their desire for new sexual experiences with different men. All said, men need a healthy dose of skepticism to survive and not idealise what a woman should be when in fact those desired qualities might never be found.

Exactly. 'should' is referring to an overly idealistic and moral view of the world. It could include entitlement as well. 'will' is implying a deeper understanding of human nature gained through scholarship and experience.

Sounds like you two hit the nail on the head quite well.
Very succinctly written gist of what these ideologies are about.
Grant me serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference

OP, I'm reasonably sure that you just paraphrased von Clauswitz, but I don't have On War right in front of me at present.

It's definitely possible much wiser men before me have come to the same conclusion in no lesser (metaphorically speaking) words.
