What do those on the forum believe is worth dying for? If anything?
Are there certain instances in which self sacrifice can be considered a righteous or noble act? Historically there are many examples. I'd like to discuss not only what might be worth dying for as a general principle but what you might personally give up your life for.
Is there anything more important to you than your own life?

We are all going to die.
Giving up your life doesn't have to be a thing that happens over the course of a minute or two.
People give up there time to develop themselves or to help other people in different ways, it doesn't have to be like Bruce Willis in armegeddon.

Soup, I recognise that the kind of 'dive in front a bullet' scenario is not common and not something anybody is likely to encounter.
I feel what your saying about the time you can give to something, effectively giving your life for that person, venture, pursuit etcetera. I suppose it leads itself down a whole road of what if's? In terms of what is 'worth' giving anything to. It's all perception.
Player, would you lay down your life to save those of your children unconditionally? I get that your expressing a general principle but obviously variables such as age, state of your life, state of theirs, current relationship etcetera should logically come into play if we were determining the value of something and whether it is worth the ultimate price, your life.
