The FSU may be an exception but that's because of an unnatural demographic imbalance. These guys wouldn't have a chance at those hot girls if they didn't have demographics to help them out.

I saw some ugly dudes in Japan with some NICE looking japanese girls, it was fairly common to see. I'm talking ugly fucked up japanese guys with bad teeth, unkept clothes that smelled, walking next to a pretty girl in short pants/high heels, getting them a pack of cigarettes.

In America, I noticed the difference when I came back.
