I've seen data dropped on Nashville from time to time so I know there's some guys in here from the 'ville. I moved back here from L.A. last month(went to high school out here back in the day and have family here) and plan to be here for the next 6-12 months. Looking for some cool guys to roll out with. As for me, I'm mid 30s, black but not into the "black scene" per se, prefer a diverse and tolerant crowd ideally. I prefer bars over clubs as I'd rather talk to girls than dance, but I'll do clubs if the mood strikes.

Good to know there is someone in Nashville. Nashville always seems to be one of the cheapest destinations from DTW so I plan on checking it out sometime this year.

I'm still figuring all that out. There's only one half-decent club I've found so far called Anthem. It's alright for here, but not up to the standards you'd find in L.A. or Miami, but it's about as close as you'll find around here. It seemed like a diverse crowd. Nightlife here seems to be oriented around bars and live music. Not much of a nightclub scene.

I recently moved to ATL and regularly drive to Jackson at lease once a month to visit aging grandfather. I stop in Nashville every so often. I haven't had a chance to check out night life. Better than Memphis by far....

You want to be in the Gulch, Midtown, Hillsboro village area, or Green Hills area to stay they are all pretty central with lots of bars restaurauts as speakeasy said its not really a clubbing town. also there are quite a few good bars and restauraunts in five points. Youre going to find its not really as country music as people make it out to be but very much into the hipster scene and a lot of young professionals & college students in these area. Try Red Door Midtown /Red Door East/ Rebar/Winners / Losers/ Whiskey Kitchen / tin roof/ just about anything on Demonbreunon, or Division. Nashville Flats on Wednesdays 5pm winedown wednesdays always has a nice turnout. Jacksons, Boundry, Carabas (turns into a club) , and Sams in the Hillsboro village area close to Vandy. Like
