Schwarzenegger reportedly didn’t sign a prenuptial agreement with his wife since he believed that their relationship would stand the test of time. However, this was before he decided to have a sexual relationship with their housekeeper.

“Arnold knows Maria is entitled to half — but knowing it and watching around $200 million leave your bank account are two very different things,” an anonymous source explained. The insider added that Shriver is growing increasingly frustrated with her husband’s stall tactics.

It’s no secret that Arnold Schwarzenegger really loves his money. The Inquisitr previously reported that the Terminator star wasn’t exactly happy with the amount of money he made as the governor of California. According to Schwarzenegger, he missed out on millions of Hollywood dollars during his career in politics.

“I always saw my movie career as ongoing. I stepped out for seven years to be Governor of California but I was never trying to be a career politician who runs for Congress and the Senate. I just felt since America has given me every opportunity to achieve in life,” the actor explained during a recent interview.

He continued, “I should take time out to serve the people regardless of the lack of pay. I gave the money back, as a matter of fact… I lost out on earning tens of millions of dollars and it also cost me — political campaigns are expensive — but none of that mattered. I wanted to help the people. It was the most educational thing I’ve ever done.”

She's also a Kennedy and I'm sure helped him with his political aspirations. I think this is one of the rare cases where a 50-50 split for a mega fortune seems justified.

California is a alimony for life state where after 10 years of marriage you pay alimony to her til she remarries or one of you dies. So I wonder if in addition to the 50% split of assests he will also be on the hook for alimony?

Also dude should have spent the 1k on a vasectomy since without a love child(given the embarrassment having a love child caused his wife divorce was the only way she could save face) he would likely still be married. That 1k investment could have saved him hundreds of millions.

yeah pretty true.

Plus he's going to be able to bring in millions of new income from not just the movie star part of his persona but also from the political side as well. The gravy train never ends for these politicians - once you leave Congress or state politics you're just getting started. He can just book tons of lucrative speaking engagements, or get in bed with the lobbyists, or join a think tank - the list is endless. In a weird way this might motivate him to make more money / do more films than he ever would have without the divorce rape.

It's alright, it didn't grip me though like Mike Tyson's recent autobio. I didn't find him honest enough about mistakes he's made and stuff, it was all very "aren't I brilliant", which I suppose one expects somewhat with Arnie, though I wasn't expecting it to the extent it is in the book.

The inspirational bits are excellent though and his stories are great.

I wouldn't call that "scary". The maid was a little scary. This one is pretty cute IMO.
