Keep in mind that the very low HIV transmission rate from female to male can be skewed by several factors. Are you circumcised or not? If not, that ups your risk. Do you have any other STI's already? If you're raw dogging it on the regular you might and that ups your risk. Is she on her period or is there any blood present? Do you have any small cuts or scratches on your cock? All of those factors can make you more susceptible.

What is the logic behind uncircumcised guys being more at risk?

Gah, I need to stop raw-dogging girls in the arse with my British hood-wielding penis

I actually always start with a condom on.

But I take it off after a while as I find it too hard to cum with one on, and when you have blue balls all you want to do is unleash the dragon.

A systematic review and meta-analysis that focused on male circumcision and heterosexual transmission of HIV in Africa was published in 2000.12 It included 19 cross-sectional studies, 5 case-control studies, 3 cohort studies, and 1 partner study. A substantial protective effect of male circumcision on risk for HIV infection was noted, along with a reduced risk for genital ulcer disease. After adjustment for confounding factors in the population-based studies, the relative risk for HIV infection was 44% lower in circumcised men.

WTF!

Some interesting stuff in this article - http://www.foxnews.com/health/2012/01/13...its-virus/

Quote:Quote:

A heterosexual person infected with HIV will transmit the virus to their partner once in every 900 times the couple has unprotected sex, according to a new study conducted in Africa.

The amount of virus in the blood is the single most important factor in determining whether HIV is passed between sexual partners, the study found. For every tenfold increase in the concentration, there is about a threefold increase in the risk of transmission during a single sexual act.

People with very high blood concentrations of the virus (such as those who very recently acquired the infection) may need to have sex only 10 times to transmit the virus, Hughes said. "The average can be a little deceptive," Hughes said.

Quote:Quote:

The best methods for reducing HIV transmission are those that decrease the concentration of the virus in the blood, as can be done with antiretroviral drugs. A study published last year found the drugs could reduce the transmission of HIV between partners by 96 percent.

You'll find that most women who are HIV positive will be on antiretrovirals, as they're free and WHO funded in most countries. If your luck is that bad that you end up rooting someone HIV+ the chances are she'll be on the ARV drugs anyway. The exception is if she's A grade ghetto and doesn't have access to a hospital.

Solution: Don't fuck ghetto bitches. That includes shoring.

I'd bet most women who are HIV positive don't even know they are HIV positive, therefore are not on any antiretroviral.

Can you back up your claim with any studies or stats that prove most HIV positive women are on antiretroviral?
