Two girls. One married, one not. How to get it going
01-13-2014, 10:52 AM
Hi all,
I met two girls today, both flirted with me for about half hour.
One of them is married- and when I asked her what she does, she said 'desperate housewife', though later on she did mention about some travel plans allegedly with her husband- as in 'we would go there, and then I'll stay alone for so and so time'. She gave me her mobile number on my first ask. When I left, I said 'stay happy', and she while smiling said- "will try to, it is tough being desperate." I think she was just having fun, but not sure.
The second girl is her friend, and was even more flirty, and commenting on my fit body and touching my biceps... We were in public place, through a professional meeting, so I didn't escalate. But she gave me both her personal and professional mobile numbers.
My gut feeling is that the second one is DTF, while first one was just having fun- except that she gave me he mobile number. As they're both close friends, they're bound to share my messages with each other- so what do I need to keep in mind to have decent chances with both of them?
Thanks.

Go with your instincts. Fuck the single one, stay away from the married one unless she pursues you and you can be certain that her husband isn't the type to come after you.

Thanks guys. Texted them both after a day, but 24 hours and no reply.
It is increasingly clear that my text game sucks (too many flakes and dropouts on a regular basis.) I've read the online text guides available, but does any of you know of a good resource, or is willing to help by PM? Thanks!

So after a week or so, the single girl warmed up. We have decided to meet for drinks coming week ar firm day/time, but last night, she sends me a text: "will you invite xxx along?"
My answer after waiting for a day to reply: "No".
Thoughts?

xxx is her married friend? Don't see why you'd want to complicate things adding in the married chick.

Wisdom from R. Don Steele: With married women check for military or police husbands. Access to firearms is a health hazard.

Agreed! That's why my no. However, to understand this girl better, why would she ask me that question? Is it a warning sign? Should I have given longer/different answer?

No, you want to be concise. Probably she knows you texted both of them. Maybe she's trying to figure out your intentions. Just leave it an no and ignore it. You gain nothing by giving her a serious explanation - any version of the truth sounds lame. If she asks you about it again, give her a Roissy-style non-answer. He has several awesome posts on how to do that.

Say, "I don't know if I can handle both of you at once one more time." Make it teasing.

Rockhard- thanks. My gut feel was the same- shorter the better in this case.
AS- haha. I had another similar one- "hey hey, too early to think of threesomes. Let me test you first". But I think both these would have been looked as 'forced' and may be she would have been scared by me being too aggressive. "No" keeps it simple and mysterious.

Depends on your style and you previous interaction with them both, but I would probably say something to flip the script on her, such as "No. I'm trying to steal you from her." Let her spin her hamster wheel on that one for a bit.

Lay off the married chick, all they bring to the table are problems. Delete the married girls number and continue engaging the single chick.
