The Bush is Back?

A new study shows many women can no longer be bothered to keep up the grooming down there and that men don't really care if their girlfriend or wife is sporting a Bobby Ball-style-bush. Beverley Turner celebrates the demise of pubic topiary.

This had better be a joke. First the no shower "trend" in the UK and now this? Fuck right off.

Quote:Quote:

Thanks to the likes of feminist writers such as Caitlin Moran who derides the trend in her bestseller book, How To Be A Woman, removing all – or most – of our special love triangle has finally come to seem utterly absurd. Moran points out that in porn: “Hairlessness is not there for the excitingness. It’s not, disappointingly, there to satisfy a kink…the real reason porn stars wax is because, if you remove all the fur, you can see more when you’re doing penetrative shots. And that’s it. It’s all down to the technical considerations of cinematography.”

Reality or feminist propaganda? I'm sure they exist but I don't have a single guy friend who actually prefers a bush on his woman.

Quote:Quote:

Hoary old husbands weren’t down the pub debating how best to finesse their sex-lives before returning home to demand that the pubes must go. Most blokes are not that shallow.

Heh. Oh yes we are. I have discussed the subject pretty often with friends, especially being in the Land of the Rising Bush. The popular verdict is to just grab a razor and shaving foam and start shaving it off in the shower without any warning. I personally prefer a little shaming to encourage a trim.

Yep, stubble is abrasive, also makes transmission of disease more likely.

I don't like the junk that come with it. Women being to lazy to trim their pubes means showers an brushing their teeth are also burdens. The modern women is no cleaner than a circus junky at times and they do so because men will still ht and the bffs won't tell them that they smell like funk.

I'm noticing women smelling like complete lady discharge in the bar. I remember last week some broad I walked passed smelling like sex and still chatting up dudes. Like that smell is undeniable, It was old and done with bang expelling for her legs.

Take this trend with a big grain of salt. It's only a trend because women have become to consumed and lazy to take care of themselves.

I prefer shaved or at least trimmed, but I don't really have anything against the bush. It's more important whether she regularly cleans herself.

This is false. That would be like making the same argument for long head hair: "I'd prefer a pixie cut, because the scalp is clean." You can clean the pussy just fine if you have healthy, natural-ass bush.

I visited an old bang last week and she had bush. That was only the second time in my life that I've had the displeasure of dealing with a hairy beaver. I got so grossed out when I made my way from her lower thigh upwards. My hand suddenly felt more and more vegetation, blah.

Maybe I'm a pussy, but it grossed me out to even finger her.

She was apologetic about it so I didn't get mad /leave like I did the last time it happened.

If a girl isn't shaved and she wants to bang again, I make her shave. If it's not too bad then I don't mind, but a full on bush has got to go. One of my biggest turn offs is body hair on girls. Especially arm hair... Blaaaaahhh

I fucked a San Francisco academic some years back.

Girl had a monster bush. Asked why she didn't shave?

"It's not feminist"

Got my nut, and never touched her again.

I have no problem with bush. But when it comes with a "deal with it" attitude? I just can't hang.

I hear you but by that logic women would have no issues eating sweet potatoes and chicken, a natural and normal meal, and staying thin.

We all know nothing is ever normal to a women.

The bush trend comes from a lady protesting or being lazy here in the west. Few do it for natural or preferred reasons.

If it was a natural and femenine trend then hair would be growing longer as would the dresses and the attitudes becoming more sweet. I don't see that happening and I suspect It's all a rouge. I don't like bare pussies (trimmed or stripes I like) but if it means a overall case of well groomed and kept women I'll take it.

Women are checking out from staying on top of grooming; stubby ass legs, stubby ass pussies, greasy hair, greasy skin, etc are all the norm now. They can still rack up orbiters and OKC dates without keeping it all in check.

It's the one thing they moan and loathe about. They always say us dudes have it easy but they don't see the gym time or the delicate time it takes to shave my balls so I don't hemorrhage in the shower. The process to get to the 'shit - shower - shave' routine us men have takes preparation and a basic approach to being efficient that women like to skip.

I prefer a WELL taken care of bush. When I first started messing with girls as a teen bush was NORMAL.Only with the rise of internet porn did women really start shaving. They would wax or shave their bikini line and that was the extent of it.

I never understood the whole shaved obsession. I mean if she has a problematic amount of hair then sure, go ahead and trim it; but it never bothered me if she has her natural growth, as long as she keeps it clean.

Even though I prefer girls with a bit of (well-groomed) bush, I have to agree with this. These women aren't doing it because they think bush looks better. They're doing it because they're lazy. One thing leads to another and they'll soon stop bothering with makeup and other aspects of grooming.

On the flip side, it's a pretty sad state of affairs with many guys too. Men's attire has been getting more and more sloppy since the '60s. A lot of younger guys have gone full homosexual by following the latest trends (tight jeans, t-shirts with v necks and short sleeves, etc.).

Well fellas - if that is true then you better get back to checking for crabs. Like it or not the increasing prevalence of shaved muffs has led to crabs becoming almost extinct. When I see a bush I usually break out the machete.

I like bush, it makes a change from the same, same, same, shaved pussies.

Also, I am done with this culture of "youth is best". What happened to all the sexy women of the past? 60s/70s/80s style women, REAL women like Bond Girls! They all had bush. I'm done with girls who are all like teenagers still.

And some girls just don't have pretty enough vaginas to have it shaved, they would be better with hair.

Although, if it is too wide (hip to hip) or too long, I don't like it.

The best for me is trimmed but occasionally I like it all shaved. Too much of anything gets boring.

Like girlfriends.

About the only thing I don't miss about the 80's.

Aaah - the good ole' days. But dude - wouldn't we both rather risk the crabs back in the 80s than having to put up with the current generation of attention whoring self entitled skanks? The 80s were fun fun fun and not just that - hunting and scoring ass was fun. Not that everything is screwed these days but the quality of the average woman was higher. On the high end I would say that women are hotter today. But for us young mortals who were simply busy racking up notch counts the 80s were simply fantabulous.

Damn, now you got me all melancholic. Better hit the gym and crank up some AC/DC.

It's been my experience that women who meticulously groom their pubes, do the same for the rest of their bodies. This includes keeping that box clean. Not always, mind you, but definitely the majority case.

Without exception however, going down on a well groomed/clean shaved woman is far better than trying to navigate a wildly bearded clam.

It's clear these girls feel that doing ANYTHING to attract and keep a man is a gross imposition on their freedom, to do anything to please a man amounts to becoming slaves. Shaving their pussy is starting to fall under that category, just as long hair and makeup often do.

Don't lecture me about 'going natural' when you've got permanent ink all over your body a bullring in your nose, and you eat cronuts for dinner.

Oh, and if a chick is remotely chubby, I'd expect the bush to multiply the intensity of her sweaty FUPA odor.

i love bush

ideal: womanly bush up top, tightly trimmed labia. bikini wax

but i'd take full bush over full bald any day

i like the smell, the wetness on the hairs, the animal-ness of it
