indeed. kamaki and others can provide pre-EU vs EU comparison for czech republic for example. haven't been to europe for quite a few years, but even ukraine having abolished visas for westerners was the game changer, for worse

if you want easy lays, go for places with no outsiders (foreigners and locals from other cities alike) and you'll kill. unless that given place is a conservative shithole

the only exception is poland since more guys than girls gone work abroad

Have you ever been in any of these countries you mentioned (theo nes that joined the EU?). Pretty much any of the big infrastructure, health or school programs is eu financed.

Russia was all about reigning over people, the EU at least actually incentivizes diversity and invests strongly into the poorer economies (just ask the rich countries about their opinion of this)

Oh, and actually.. there's toilet paper available in the EU. AFAIK, that was quite a luxury in the USSR

Well, if you want to go specifically to Kiev that would be the case. If you do not, I don't see any problem with them joining EU. Also, as much as I like their women, I'm not really a fan of the countries... At least for now ofc, the baltics have gotten much better though, I could see myself living in Lithuania.

It doesn't quite work like that.

Once they enter the EU it wil be easier for them to travel and work in other EU countries. The value of Western men to them 'take me London!' will dissipate, their girl friends will send home anecdotes about how much easier it is for them in the West etc. If you plan on visiting Kiev to game chicks then you DO NOT want them to join the EU.
