Looking for someone's 10 is already a pretty subjective subject to tackle.

But I assume @OP's question is more like "how does 10 Asian Woman look, to most Native Asians' taste? -- not to foreigners"

So I will begin by saying that most native Asian women (not westernized Asians) strive to look more:
- white-skinned (those Asians who rather go tanned is very westernized in their mentality / upbringing)
- skinny (no extreme proud feminist movements here, if you're a fat girl in Japan you will have a serious self-confidence break down)
- feminine (not masculine... surprise!)
- look beautiful (beautiful is also very subjective, you can say beauty is sexy/mature or beauty is cute/young)
- pointed nose (not flat nose -- yes, this)

So in regards to an Asian 10 beauty I'd try to see what most Asian women look up to. And that would be the KPop ladies, Chinese public figures or Japanese idols.

I'm with Roosh that a 10 is a 9 with a "push" based on a personal hook. While their is obviously a subjective element to it, any group of guys who are intelligent and mature enough to step outside themselves can come to an agreement as to how men generally - as a majority or at least a plurality - would rate most women on the HB10 scale.

Three points come up here.

Prime Time. Zhang Ziyi is now is pushing 40 but came to international attention with Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon when she was still a teenager. Kelly Hu turned 50 about 6 months ago; I first saw her in The Tournament which was released just over 9 years ago. There is an argument to be made that "prime" is in their 20s as with white chicks but if they keep in shape the Wall of China doesn't hit until late 30s or even 40s.

Fame. They are names and faces that come to mind and stand out among other famous Asian women. I think Michelle Yao and Gong Li are very beautiful women but Zhang and Hu are hotter IMHO. A number of Asian porn stars are hot - Katsuni, Kobe Tai, Mia Smiles - et al, but they still don't compare in terms of facial features and toned body. In my follow up post I mentioned some girls I knew personally who were not famous, but generally anyone referenced in this thread will have a modicum of fame to have their photos available online, especially so if they have a name you can cite.

Cute vs. Hot and Curves. Zhang is 5'5" and 112 pounds with the body of a dancer. Reportedly she sports B-cups and has a waist-hip ratio of 0.706, just over the 0.70 ideal but certainly more than the 0.67 hour glass figure. Still, she isn't a coathanger with legs and no ass. Depending on how she is dressed and made up, she would look cute. Virtually all of the J-pop/K-pop types posted here are cute to one extent or another. I don't know if there is anything in the rulebook that says cute and hot are mutually exclusive. The above picture of her says hot far louder than cute.

As a guy of vietnamese ethnicity, I rarely find these Korean and Japanese looking girls that all these guys are crazy about on this thread attractive. Their faces are too pubescent looking and too roundish and underdeveloped, lacking angularity. So with Asian girls I tend to like girls with a combination of east asian and southeast asian look. South Chinese Cantonese girls in particular can be hot when the features comes together the right way. Same goes for filipino girls with good chinese admixture. I think (North American) guys generally like voluptuous women but we are talking about "Asian 10", ha ha. Asian girls with big tits tend to have implants (of varying quality) or something off about them somewhere else or both.
