I've had a Brazilian girl offer me $10k. Her and her boyfriend both. I would never do it though. The offers on the table still with this girl if anyone is interested. I'm pretty sure she would marry anyone for that price, if not more as long as you weren't expecting her to fuck you. I do know of a story of a friend of mine who married a girl from Peru, it was just his friend....

So this girl had lived in the states almost her whole life, moved from Peru when she was something like 3 years old. The states were pretty much all she knew. She graduated highschool and was around 23 years old when this happened. Her parents got deported and she was affraid the same was gonna happen to her, as her brother was in the process of being deported as well. So my buddy who grew up with the girl and became real close friends with her over the years. He decided he would do a fake marriage with her. On night a guy wanted to bang her out and she wouldn't go over to his place to fuck him. The last thing he said in their phone conversation was, "How's the weather in Peru?" A week later imigration investigated the marriage and found it to be a fake marriage. My buddy should have gotten in a bunch of trouble for this, but luckily his family is very wealthy and his dad is a lawyer, so he got out of it. She got sent back to Peru to have to fend for herself in a 3rd world country after growing up in arguably one of the most posh and richest places in the US, if not the world. Poor girl.

You got to be careful doing this, 10k is a piece of shit in comparison if you get caught. She gets deported, and you go to federal prison. Now, I've seen these arrangements play out successfully, and also seen them play out terribly (I know someone in prison today for it). Especially when the man wants a bit of sex on the side as part of the transaction.

Typically, these go down where she gives you 50% up front, and 50% AFTER she gets her green card - which can take more than a year. Then, she must stay married to you for 3 years to change her status to a permanent resident.

For what its worth 10K is too little money for the risk you take, and all of the running around you have to do with her i.e meetings, interviews, paperwork etc.

now, if she throws in anal sex 2x per week, and a 3 some every Saturday with a random chic while she gets a green card, I may just consider it.

I know of two guys that went to the US on visitors visas, overstayed and then paid American citizens to marry them.

Both those guys are now settled succesfully and one has even obtained his US citizenship.

The risk is much higher for the US citizen doing this. I wouldn't recommend it. And then, in the future, if you do happen to meet another girl that you actually like and want to sponsor to come to the US, you are going to have a much harder time of it. They will scrutinize your application and most likely reject it.

Agreed, 10k just isn't enough. When I told the girl there was no way I would do it, she went up to 20k. I still told her no way, not even 50k.

I've heard this is is how some Russians make money on Brighton Beach in NYC. The going fare, however, is 15-30K plus expenses (just the adjustment of status application fee is over $1,000 now) plus legal fees to push further the application if it is denied (which happens quite often). Usually those people are poor and just above poverty level, so they have little to lose anyway. Crooked lawyers are usually involved as well. A few people got busted recently there doing that, and I believe now they're investigating for fraud everyone who got citizenship through them.

Don't do it unless you really live together with the girl for at least some time. Basically what they do in the embassy/USCIS during the immigration/AOS interview is they put two of you in a separate rooms, and ask both of you the same questions to see if the answers match. Some of the questions involve sexual life, like how often you make love, how long the session typically goes, what type of lube you use and so on. If you never slept with the girl, you'll be busted pretty much immediately. And the penalties are harsh - up to 5 years prison, and up to $250,000 fine. Not worth it imho.

Then the answer is simple: if you agree to this, then sex on a regular basis MUST be involved as part of the terms, you know, just for interview purposes and to increase her chances of her application being approved w/o suspicion. Nothing at all for your personal pleasure of course...you get nothing out of anal sex,and 3'somes - your ramming it in her for her benefit.

The keyword is Up to I know several people who have been caught red handed in immigration fraud and the worst thing that can happened is the visa gets denied and the girls gets deported and life time ban from the US. And that's only if they are dumb enough to admit that they lied on the application. The local federal district Assistant Attorney Generals aren't going to bother with this unless terrorism or organized crime is involved(basically if its newsworthy). Also, nowhere in U.S.C. does it say that you have to fuck your wife or even live with her in order to be a bona fide marriage. I wouldn't do it because 5K is too damn low for the hassle even if it includes anal.

You're right I even heard about one success story which worked that way on a private arrangement. They did live together for three years until her conditional Green Card was converted to permanent, and then they stayed married (but didn't live together anymore) for nine more months or so. No idea how much money, if any, was involved. The guy was in his 50s and the girl in her early 20s - and from the picture I could say she was hot (and you probably know my standards for hotness - they're tough ).

To me, however, regular sex has not that much value that I'd get married just to get it. The only times I didn't have it before marriage were times when I was lazy and didn't want to do any work at all - pretty much like it is now. So in doing this for regular sex versus 15K I'd rather take 15K - of course, in cash and used bills no larger than twenties

Don't do it. What can you buy with 5K? US Immigration is really tough these days, so you would be stupid to do it.
