Man-Test Challenges

Coasting through life? Complacent and getting soft? How about creating a 1 month man-test to challenge yourself? Doesn't matter what... just do something that challenges you (and your limits) and helps you to become more achievement focused while bettering yourself... and make it something that most guys can't or won't do so you have a deep sense of accomplishment.

Since I've been coasting too much (in all areas of my life) I decided to challenge myself in September with 15,000+ burpees. I just finished with an extra day to spare. With a lot of guys not knowing what burpees are and most guys being weak-willed, I doubt 1 in a million guys alive has ever done 15,000 burpees in a month (maybe some prisoners).

For my October Man-Test Challenge I'll do 7,500+ bent-over rows and at least 1,500-2,000+ power high pulls. I'll also do 2,000+ burpees, but that's not part of the challenge... just maintenance work.

Anyway, hopefully some of you guys can take the ball and run with it by posting your own Man-Test Challenges publicly in this thread and holding yourself accountable. Mine are workout related, but don't feel like you're limited to just that. The main thing is you need to do something that truly will be hard for YOU to accomplish, but still doable if your mind is right. I think making each challenge a month is perfect since it forces you to endure through some struggles... if you properly challenged yourself.

I'll report back at the end of October on the high pulls and bent-over rows.

Man-Test Challenges

I'm going to pump out at least 30 chapters for my book. Doesn't seem like much, really, but it's not something I'd want to rush anyway,
