Having recently traveled to Ukraine, I've been having success dropping international travel as bait. I notice Roosh's books also use travel as a common theme with which to bait. In leu of that, I came up with a different idea -- a fake phone call. This might be "creepy" but it might also be useful to help practice your acting skills. Roosh mentions having a pokerface for certain interactions and I need to work on that (srs dude).

I pretended a beta friend called me up. Guy has oneitis.

"Listen man, forget about her. She doesn't check all the amazing boxes. Tell you what, go bang three chicks and get back to me, you'll thank me...No she wasn't a ten. Tell you what, I've never banged a ten but I have banged five twos and five times two IS ten. Hey I gotta go I'm switching buses."

I thought of it as a way to shame this stupid bitch who was texting about how she couldn't remember what she did the night before. Is anyone doing this to game constructively?

After reading through this yesterday, I decided to experiment with it today.

On my walk home from the bus that I commute to campus, I usually just think and reflect in my head for 15 minutes.

Today, I busted out my phone and had a very enthusiastic and intriguing conversation, with myself.

I'm surprised at how much I got into it and how genuine it felt. Got me out of my head.

I feel like there are benefits to doing this daily:
- Getting into a social mood. Sometimes in between lectures and all the shutting out I do while I study or use the web my social mood dies. Pulling out my phone and talking about nonsense is a great way to get into a social mood before getting to that class where you have to do a presentation, before you sit beside a cute girl, before you get to the bar to meetup with your buddies, and so forth.

- Building social skill/improving your vibe. Sometimes I stress things like 'talk slower' or 'talk louder' whenever I notice I am doing the opposite of them. If every day I stress things like this in my improvised phone conversations, they should help by transitioning and building that skill towards actual conversations. Maybe the fact that you also improvise in your head when you talk to yourself is a form of improv on its own, improving your wit and reaction to real interactions.

That's what I notice and hypothesize so far. Going to make this a daily regimen. One thing I have to figure out still is that even when my phone is on silent, it still does a minor vibration when I get a text message..

The best way to practice talking is to talk!

It's hard to go from total silence to a chrasmatic conversation.

Its a lot easier to talk to girls if you get yourself warmed up.

Have a charasmatic conversation in front of girls.

Then, "hang up" and open them.

You will have "conversational momentum" from the fake phone call.

You can also "drop bait" during the conversation.

It allows you to introduce yourself and your vibe before you even approach!

Speak with power and humor!

It seems to me that neither the phone vibrating or even your phone ringing should be an obstacle and on the other hand, you should be able to use it to your advantage b/c if that situation were to occur during an actual fake phone call (in front of a target), you should be prepared for such and to say something like:


1) "just a moment, i have another call coming in.. can you wait..."

or

2) "just a moment, let me just press ignore for this other call that i have coming in.. .sorry about that... .. just a moment...."

or

3) "fuck, I can't believe that bitch is calling me again.. let me just shut this ringer off... just a moment... fuck... "

or

4) some other variation of what you may want to drop to adjust it to the particular girl you are targeting (as Gio suggests this customization to your target approach)

And then resume with whatever direction you chose to go with it.
