A workout schedule that has you squatting or deadlifting at least 3 times per week.

A diet that consists of mostly meat and juiced vegetables. If you're not eating at least a pound of flesh a day, you haven't eaten that day.

Consistent amounts of good sleep.

I've been doing this and my loads have never been bigger, nor have I had so much libido.

Also, you're probably going to want some lube and maybe even a morning after pill if you want to blast a few inside her.

OK my friends, followed some of your advises and the outcome so far has been good. One thing more, that should be added. Ask her if her period is close. She arrived Monday night, immediately we started at the apartment couple times before going out to a club, danced and all that good. We fucked all night another 3 times until we passed out. Following morning at noon...we started again and oh oh...blood in the condom.

Anyway, we have been doing it around 4 times everyday and my friends has shown solid performance. I think the key is to keep eating very good all day. So, I think by Saturday the period will be over, lets see...

I wonder how hard (no homo) the average guy goes in bed. I used to go at it rough fpr 10 minutes before i felt like passing out lol. Fuck that. Horrible feeling when you want to keep going but feel light headed.

I meant the pussy, not her physical endurance. The vag can take a good beating, but its more likely to get injured quicker than her hamstrings.

I agree that we are the bottleneck of the process, but also, it has happened to me that you fuck her without making her wet enough that after sometimes she gets irritated down there and limits the amount of times you can do it. I think that is the main thing, keep things wet to have the whole week for you!

Alright, fun was over and back to the reality of everyday. I learned more about sustaining longer. One key aspect I think to add to the list, is not to worry about how many times you are going to make it, but rather enjoy to the fact that you have a 24x7 naked girl in your bed at your disposition.

Another key thing is to sleep as much as possible in between rounds, you will get a way better erection after a 1-2 hrs sleep than just waiting 20 minutes to force you to go. Eat well. I am really glad that I got in very good shape prior to this, so, mirrors are something you want to try =)
