Laying Siege - Edinburgh UK

when I was in Edinburgh I wasn't lucky [Image: sad.gif] I do love red heads and I found many of them there, but I found Edinburgh pretty "strange" place to game, I don't know how to explain or if it was just me that went to Scotland just to have a relaxed travel and so on...

I found Copenhagen waaaay better than Edinburgh

Bumping this thread, going to be in Scotland in April. Plan to hit both Edinburgh and Glasgow, with a bit of time up north in the highlands as well. Arrive on a Wedensday and leave on Thursday...which city would be better to spend the prime weekend nights in? I was thinking maybe Glasgow for Weds-Fri and then Edinburgh for Sat, Sun, Mon, jaunt up to the highlands and then back to fly out on Thursday.

Thoughts?

If you're a nightlife guy, that's a good plan. Glasgow has more club options poppin' off more often. Edinburgh is mostly Fri Sat.

Great stuff, Courage! I spent a few weeks in Scotland in '12 - Edinburgh>drove to Isle of Skye/Loch Lomond>Glasgow - you brought back some great memories. And yes, there are some GORGEOUS women in Glasgow!

Good stuff, I'm thinking Tues/Weds/Thurs and then our final Weds night in Glasgow and Fri/Sat/Sun for Edinburgh.
