From this list,what called my atention was that lithuania and latvia are in the top.But...as I read in the fórum they're well-known as being conservative in this aspect of relationships isn't it? WTF!

seeing as how their criteria includes data submitted by women in all of those countries, it may just be the ones at the top of the list are less inclined to lie about their sluttiness. All women lie and are so accustomed to wanting to lie about the number of partners they have, I don't really take that data too seriously.

High HIV rates are not necessarily correlated with high rates of promiscuity. There are many ways to spread HIV-sleeping around is just one of them.

It is pretty much IN THEIR CULTURE to lie. (won't go into the specifics as it would take a while) but when it comes to something that others would rule as "taboo" they will SAY whatever the socially acceptable answer is, but then turn around and DO the opposite the moment your back is turned. For example:

Sex. You have no idea how much the women in that country actually have sex,

. . .its' a lot. Japan's big problem is, that married women just don't have a lot of sex with their husbands, and their husbands DEFINITELY don't have sex with their wives. Pretty much once the kids are born (usually one, rarely two) they are DONE with their husbands sexually. Period. Their husbands are usually out "working" late (a whole 'nother subject that I probably won't speak about here) which usually ends with a stop at the local whorehouse. Nearly every married busine-"Salaryman" does this.

Thing is, you can't really get an accurate number on these ridiculous surveys, you could only get cultural differences, and even then that is something you figure out after years in a certain country.

So no, you really shouldn't rely on articles like these, This forum is the best place to accurately figure out which girls are dtf more than others. As many members have first hand experience in that subject.

I'd actually love to hear more about your experiences in Japan if you have the time to write about them here. I have read most of Stefhen Bryan's "Black Passenger, Yellow Cabs" and he had some similar things to say about Japanese culture (ex: lack of sex in marriages, ease of sleeping with married women, culture of lying, and lots of other dysfunction). It'd be good to get another forumer's perspective on all that.

New Zealand girls are certainly very honest about the number of sexual partners they have had. A lot of them have had many or are currently in long term relationships starting from a young age, but this does not mean they are closed off to one night stands or casual fucking. If a girl at a house party or club tells me she has a boyfriend it makes no difference to my game plan as I know from experience just how willing they are to cheat in a relationship especially if you give a “ i’m not here for very long” vibe.

One of my female cousins told me she has already had 10 sexual partners (she is 19) and another has told me she has had 18 (she is 23). Ill probably write something about all that when I get back (hopefully before the end of the year) I have heard bits and pieces of what the guy who wrote black cabs said, and it really isn't much different than my experience. For the most part Japan is insulated from some of the bad parts of American culture due to the language, religious(or more specifically lack of religion. . . .the Buddhist tag is just a social tradition) and societal barriers.

Thing is with the "lying culture" it's not really dysfunctional, it's just cultural, all of east Asia has that to some extent. . .the whole"saving face" thing. Except Japan has specific words about it.

One of the reasons (besides time) that I don't mention them specifically is because a lot of people will just go up and mouth off about that to some Japanese people. . .which is a BIG no no. They don't like to talk to foreigners about that stuff unless you've known them closely for a few years and are GOOD friends with them. Its just easier to understand that what they say is rarely what they are thinking, and what they will do. . .

and everyone there is cool with that.

It also has implications for business as well. . .but that's a huge subject. . .like really huge.

Also a lot of guys here have mentioned these things in some form or fashion too.
