Modern women, lying to themselves?

Modern women, lying to themselves?

I can't validate it scientifically, but recently, I've been noticing an interesting trend.

The number of grown women who can't sleep without the psychological comfort of having something to hug.

Its usually a pillow or teddy-bear.

In their day to day behaviour these women are independent™, don't need a boyfriend, "focusing on their career," and can take care of themselves.

My take away from this is that you can't argue with biology. Women can hamsterbate the need for others out of their lives, but at their basis, they are lonely and desperate for a man to cling to, just because.

Evolutionarily speaking, I would argue that this is a throwback to the safety and warmth (survival) that close human proximity would have offered back in caveman days.

Anyone noticed this trend?

This is a non sequitur.
How do you make the jump from needing to hug something to needing to hug a man? Are five year old girls with dolls longing for the male as much as grown women stroking their cats are?

I've got a couple of girls that I'm fucking who take Ambien nightly, and snuggle with a pillow when I'm not around.

So you're saying an adult woman longs for a man until she has a child, then men are nothing.

Women are all about love and attention. A child gives them unconditional love and unlimited attention. They need her. Until they're teenagers.

So basically yes. Once you have a kid with a woman her focus changes from you to the child. You become a paycheck and a scapegoat for any hardships she thinks* she's suffering from.

Children don't give always give attention, they demand attention.

That is why most women int he western world are horrible mothers, they resent their children being the focus of attention of the family unit.

The people who used to give her attention, namely her husband and her parents, now shift it to her child.

Its reached an epidemic. I can think of only one woman I have dated that did not have a pet to mother.

Woman I am seeing:

- High paying job
- Semi stressful
- She is 27
- Dog
- Cant sleep (cant stop thinking)
- No drugs (so she says)

She tells me this on the first date and I tell her she just needs a good f*cking and a spooning. She cries with relief.

Turns out this is true. She calls. I go over, bang the hell out of her, let her fall asleep on my chest and then let myself out.

I feel sorry for the nice women caught up in all this. There is going to be a feminist backlash coming, I can feel it.

Yes.

There is a huge difference in our biology and how we live our lives.

For men it is easier to fix. Replace war with competitive sports. Replace hunting with long hikes without food, interval sprints, heavy lifting, and a huge feast. Having to advance in a career hierarchy is something we're biologically equipped to do, without succumbing to the stress. The pareto principle at work, we can do OK.

For women.. it's what this thread touches on. Lack of motherhood and only an abstract protector (the state). Coupled with women's innate wish to be perceived as virtuous, and their actual behavior which is nothing like it, you have a recipe for disaster. Or happy pills.
