This is bizarre, anybody ever try this before? Instead of drinking alcohol, you can inhale alcohol vapors to get the exact same level of intoxication. Except, because it bypasses the digestive system, you feel the effects of the liquor almost instantaneously.
One method is to use dry ice to create the alcohol vapor: "Some people drop a carbon dioxide pill into container with alcohol, pour alcohol over dry ice or pump pressurized air into a bottle of liquor. All three methods result in inhalable alcohol vapor."

Another technique is to use retail equipment like the Vaportini to create inhalable spirits:

This sounds interesting, I'd be willing to try it out. Although the government will crackdown on this like everything else, it seems like there's little they can do if you're just brewing this stuff up in your home.
Already though the nanny state is sounding the warning: "Public health officials worldwide are warning young people off the new trend of “smoking alcohol.”

Think about how this could speed up the game. Girl comes over, is drunk ten minutes later... could either be a game changer or land a bunch of dudes in prison.
