So, one of my coworkers is a hispanic female 22 yr old (hairy and ugly: like a 3/10 at best). She is dumber and lazier than a bag of rocks.

My boss assigned her a project under me (I have been around here for about 12 years, so I am "unofficially senior") a project 2 months ago.

Absolutely nothing has been done and it is starting to make me look bad in front of important people.

Her sarcastic and shitty personality has always made me not like her anyway.

In a private discussion with my boss, he says "You know, I would also like to fire her, but someday you will understand that as a manager, you have to be very careful with a certain segment of population...in order not to get sued. We would need to have written documentation as far as her shitty performance, and it is kinda easier/better to just keep her here and forget about her"

In a group meeting I called her out on not getting it done and she just smiled and shrugged her shoulders like "look at meeee...Im so cuteee!!"

Do I just take over this project myself? Do I steer clear of her as she has all the power in this situation by virtue of her heritage? Until my conversation with my boss I never even thought that she can technically screw me over due to the natural advantages she has.

The corporate life is basically a war without the spears, guns and weapons. It's just all psychological...

Proper documentation, warnings, coaching documents, written ups are highly recommended..
Try to have witnesses and have them sign everything so your ass is covered.
Even record chats, record talks, take pictures of everything.

I had a similiar situation as I had 20+ people working underneath me and it's hard to make all 20 people happy.
However, unless you want to be corned off, you do have to fight back sometimes.

Either she leaves or you leave because of lack of "perceived" performance...

1. I would take over the project yourself to ensure it gets done to your level of satisfaction. She isn't going to help and neither is your boss. For all you know, the boss is even banging her and is running cover for her. This deal is effecting your mental state so just take it over to give yourself peace of mind. You will feel better simply because you are taking action.
2. I would do whatever you could to prevent any future projects where you would had to work with her again. If you can't do this, you will just need to recognize that you will always need to take over projects from the start.
3. You could also start to document her bad behavior to help get her out the door. But I think this is unproductive for you because it will keep bringing you back to a negative state (unless you find it as a way to productively vent) and would be more productive to look for ways to get you away from her through advancement or working on other projects. The boss doesn't want to help you get her out of the door too so your documenting might end up being all for not.

Dude, she senses your weakness. That is why she is giving you shit. Females in the workplace are like that...like dogs. And unfortunately men are not allowed to respond.

My advice...go technical, baffle the girls with bullshit...girls are emotional creatures...anything technical they don't undersand

Its just so frustrating that I have to work doubly hard than people like her. Also, I've heard she already makes more than me. Just a 100k a year publicity stunt by the company.

The lot in life of men, now especially white men, is to work harder than everyone and only get a fraction of the deserved reward. That is our history and destiny. You will survive.

Nowadays we work hard to serve the fantasy that minorities and women are productive. Historically we worked hard for a king or lord, more recently a "capitalist", and kept our family barely fed and living in a small wood room.

There's just been this recent aberration from 1900-1990 where men who worked hard expected to be able to do things like save and prosper... But that's going away now, back to the usual state of thing.

And if you're thinking of quitting... good luck finding some other place where women are expected to work as hard as you for the pay they don't deserve... Not gonna happen.

I had several co-workers like this over the years. They usually won because of their pussy pass. Sickening and infuriating. One of the things in my career that turned me ever-more redpill.

This gets back to the larger question of women in the workforce. If you look at different industries, the industries that have seen massive cost bloating are also the ones where, by some coindidence, there's a lot of women workers over the years. Healthcare, college education, etc.

Women are natural and parasites, and when they infect a host, they slowly bleed off money and cause swelling and lassitude. Extremely hard to rid yourself of.

1. Get a dog. Get a challenge like a pure breed Daschund. Harden your frame with full time practice in your home environment.

2. Get your resume out there. Heat up your linkedin like you are desperately tindering your way out of a hostel bed.

3. Make small talk with her and build rapport. Probe her domestic life and skills in a way that is completely work relevant. Use your socal skills and analogies to keep everything within Disney bounds. She touches your arm lightly...

4a: You go to HR and solemnly swear to the integrity of your corporate issued cuck cage against her aggressive sexual advance. She maybe gets a mark on her record that later makes her easier to terminate for laziness while you look like a huge pussy.

4b: You discovered in conversation that she is a home maker supreme and a potential hard 6 if you exercise her a couple times a week. You give her a test run by letting her launder your socks in a bucket for a couple weeks and enjoy the whitest, least smelly socks ever. You invite her to sleep at the foot of your bed as a concubine.

5. Happily ever after.

Counterpoint: Women are a largely +EV natural phenomenon systematically abused by proposing they are a sort of defective man. This systemic abuse hurts everyone but especially the girls.

Remember that she is the one who every month should be either bleeding, baking a baby, or feeding a baby. Save the venom for the old sterile harpies perpetuating the abuse while helping the chicks get out.
