The Best Hair Product. Ever. Story Included.

For the last several months, I've been busting ass trying to expand my firm into CA and AUS. While the increase in billings is lovely, I've lost muscle, increased beer consumption (when you've written 500+ articles about SEO, you'll eventually need some booze to lubricate the process), and have not been eating as clean as I normally do.

In the process, a buddy of mine recommended me this hair product. Dude has excellent hair and it always looks good. So, I bought the product--and for $11+ shipping--I wasn't expecting much.

I started using this stuff on a full head of hair. Let it sit for ~10 minutes, washed it out, threw a bit of product in, and was literally amazed. My hair looked fucking awesome. Better than it had in years.

Repeated over 2 weeks and it looked stellar, every single time.

At the end of that two weeks, I was pushing 3+ months without a haircut. Since I work for myself, don't have a girlfriend, and generally don't give a fuck...I decided to buzz it off.

The clippers I own had never been used and were purchased on a drunken trip to Wal-Mart because they were on sale for $6 or so. Full kit. Went there to buy extra folding/collapsable chairs, but couldn't resist the cheapness.

Unfortunately, they were $6 for a reason. Between the clipper and the guards I tried to use, it was a process to shorten things up. So, I said fuck it, took off the guard, and went at it raw.

The result? My head was bleeding a bit, and I realized my hairline was starting to recede more than I thought. The next day my head felt incredibly dry, so I slathered some of this product on and have been doing it every day since.

Incredibly, the receding portion of my hairline (frontal region) started coming in again after ~2 weeks. I'm not talking about peach fuzz, either. Damn near full frontal regrowth after about 5 weeks of use.

Full disclaimer: I'm 27, have relatively thick hair (minus part of the front), and usually maintain an excellent diet. If you're seriously balding, I don't know if this will help you at all, but it's probably worth testing out.

I have zero affiliation with these people. Their website is shitty and felt very suspect when ordering. The shipping notification was later than I would've expected, and I didn't get a tracking number. I live in Austin, product ships from San Antonio, and took damn-near 1 week to get here.

I originally ordered this: http://www.sunriseproductsonline.com/pro...tegoryId=1

Also ordered the liquid version, which I didn't like. I thought it'd be thicker, but it's pretty runny and I'm not a huge fan. Used it about 10 times.

I'm sure someone is going to "this thread is useless without pics" upon posting, but I don't readily plan to take pictures of my hairline. Sorry.

Unfortunately, the ingredients aren't listed by weight or %. IMHO, these people should be charging $40+ for this stuff. If I could easily determine the proportions, you can bet your ass this post would be sending you to a sales page of my own.

Try it or not, just sharing. There's also several old threads online with people (mostly women) talking about how well it works.

Even if you're not losing your hair, this stuff shines better than coconut and emu oil, and--in my experience--makes any product you use work better.

Enjoy and have a nice weekend, you dirty fucks [Image: smile.gif]

There's a couple of products here. Are you referring to "Added Touch" or the "Hair Souffle" ?
Sounds like a scam but I'll give it a shot. Does this stuff work on Jesus-length hair?

Pretty sure he was referring to "Lenzi's Request".
You've piqued my interest, sir... At $10, I figure it's worth a try to see what effect it has on my hairline.

Yes, Lenzi's request.

It has the consistency of pomade, -1 or so.

@Hades, I thought it was a scam too. Not based on reviews/testimonials, but their slower service.

If I was going to scam you, I can ensure you'd feel substantially more comfortable on that product page.

I asked their customer service what the recommended application/week was, and they told me 2x per week.

I have been using it every day and it has--more or less--relieved the dryness/irritation that I encountered from not using a guard with clippers from Wal-Mart.

I have no idea what it'll do/how well it'll work for people missing an entire forehead of hair, but it's a very legit product for $11.

You can look up "Lenzi's Request" on Google and find several reviews that validate my own experience.

Might not grow back your whole head, but my "racing stripes" are definitely filled it and it's relatively substantial.

If you have longer hair, the liquid might work well for a full-scalp rejuvenation, but with the shortness, I prefer the paste/pot.

Anyone using this should post results. I am VERY curious how this works for other people. I've spent a plenty of $ on "quality" products from salons and this stuff is very legit for $11.

Anyway, I'm out on the town for the night.

Hope you all bang some dirty freaks tonight.

The website looks so shady it cannot be real! Paypal logo is there but there is no option to pay with it. Dead links..etc. To me it looks like they are collection CC numbers. I'll wait.

It's real. I wouldn't be recommending something I haven't used.

User experience leaves much to be desired, but rest assured, the product will arrive.

Some of the better products I've purchased have come from websites like that.

Lipogaine is pretty legit(on Amazon with good reviews). It's expensive($30/month). But if your hair is important to you, get it.

Oh you mean actual growth?

Check out Revita Hair Growth Stimulating Shampoo. I've been using it for more than 4 years, and it's just awesome for your hair. Granted, the quality has gone down over the years. But it's still a great product for growth, regrowth, thickness, and general hair healthiness.

I have been using Lipogaine shampoo to help slow down my thinning/receding hair but haven't really seen much of a change yet.

I might try this eventually but I want to at least stay on the Lipogaine for awhile to see if I notice any results.

I went and turned in my jar of change at coinstar and got about $150 and instead of paying there 9% fee for counting my change I just turned it into an Amazon Gift Card for free and Im going to use that to buy my lipogaine shampoo.

I've got 160+ posts on the forum and I'm going to spam this place for an $11 product?

I own an agency and send members to the worst website in recent history?

Since I am being called out by the proprietor...pictures coming.

This looks like something you'd find in the back of a Maxim ad...

How come there are no ingredients listed? It seems strange, no matter the price, to post a hair loss remedy without anymore information than "my internet friend sent me some."

If your friend is truly trying to be helpful the least he could do is post up some (active) ingredients.

Just sharing something that worked for me.

Ingredients are listed on the tub/bottle, although not by weight/proportions.

Buy it or not. Makes no difference to me.

Tub/solid version

Ingredients: Olive oil, un-petroleum, essential oils & fragrances.

Liquid version

Ingredients: Olive oil, shea oil, other essential oils & fragrances.

If you think it sounds like snake oil, you are not alone. I did too.

I REALLY wish I know the proportions and what "essential oils" entails. Definitely a product one could sell for 3x what they're charging. Since it's a topical, they're not required to disclose much.

As I said above, I prefer the thick stuff (in tub for $11). The liquid is okay, but the stuff in the tub is wayyy legit and makes my hair look fucking boss with a tiny bit of product.

Used this somewhat consistently for about a month now.
While it hasn't really done much to fill in the corners of my hairline, I have noticed that it makes my hair look and feel amazing, and it does seem to grow faster. If it has made my hair thicker, I have not noticed. I have noticed it makes it look less fine though.

Considering how cheap this shit is, I'd say this is a quality product if you're looking for a conditioner sort of thing.
