Best business mentor = someone who's actually successful in something close to what you want to do, and a good teacher.

HBR blog is full of shit these days: 80% on feminism or how to be a better employee. The articles are great tho.
RichieP is right - nothing could be better than a mentor. Look up Robert Greene's Mastery sections on Apprenticeship
