South America Dont say your atheist?

To my fellow latin pussy loving brothers; I have not been to South America yet (few months to go ) But have been pipe lining, and actually just making a few friends via cupid, skype etc. Now I know most south american countries are religious, but hey so is the USA. But a few of the girls I talk to are like; do you believe in God? I hate talking religious bullshit, so i say it as I am, I say no, there is no proof of God, so yeah they are like oh I dont think I could have a boyfriend that does not believe in god........... So I am wondering is south america kind of like the USA where, yeah it is religious but it does not matter, or will I have to bullshit, say im not an atheist which id prefer not to.

I would never say that I was an atheist in the United States, Latin America, or anywhere else. I tell them the truth, which is that I am both Catholic and Protestant by heritage, but that I don't go to church. Generally, the conversation doesn't go any further than that. I tend to avoid girls who start interrogating me after I give that response.

In Brazil, this conversation came up a few times with girls I was hanging out with. Mostly I just told them I "wasn't really religious" as I still wanted to fuck them more and didn't want to get into a debate about it where I'd likely mock their beliefs. However, one girl kept trying to press me on it one night and I think I went a little too far. She was clearly offended when I started basically telling her that her belief system made absolutely no sense and that was the last time I saw her.

I would say the best bet is to just go along the "I don't go to church" route, then change the subject.

"Im not a very religious person"

"I dont go to church too often"

"I believe there is something out there bigger than ourselves"

Deflect the question and avoid the subject.

Was that really necessary? wasnt a "I dont believe in god" enough, you HAD to mock her imaginary friends?

No wonder she never talked to you again. She could have been calling to god on your bed, but no, you had to make fun of the very essence of her belief system.

I know women with doctorates in Science here in the US that are really afraid there's no cosmic father or the like. It illustrates how women "reason" in that it makes them more comfortable to believe there is, when there is no shred of evidence it is so. It reminds me of how some women are shocked that a man will cheat on them. If they don't want it to be so, then it is not so. It is a very strange, pervasive self-deceptive style in their thinking .

Whenever religion comes up, I just tell them that I'm not religious. If asked if I believe in God(s), I answer no.
Fortunately, I've never been in a situation where a girl honestly cared if I believed in God or not.
If a girl was ever seriously shocked or offended that I didn't believe a cosmic superbeing, I'd probably get up and leave right there and then.

What makes you think this is something specific to women? I can't count how many times I've heard the same stupid shit come out of men's mouths.

True with regard to religion, self-deception is needed to tolerate life. Impending doom going 40,000 mph on a rock by a burning out ember.

Women don't the bad news about social reality unless they're ugly or aging, everything is sugar coated in 1st world.

Don't say it either in the Middle East. Religion for some is literally their lives. So, saying you're an atheist is according to them a smack in the face. Best is to avoid the subject altogether.

Game Rule #1: Don't answer her questions directly. You should've said: 'Is it important?' or 'It's complicated' or 'Is it Brazil or Utah?'.

With God's help, I'll conquer this terrible affliction.

By way of deception, thou shalt game women.

Definitely avoid the topic and allude to what Germanico and others have said. Typically, the poorer the girl the bigger the role Jesus will play in her life. As for South America, the least religious country would be Uruguay and then probably Argentina. though it depends where and who you're talking to. The people in those countries are more cosmopolitan and have more European influences so you won't get questions about religion too much. Same with big cities in Brazil where wealthy people hang out or people who are exposed to gringos.

You could also answer that religion is private and not something you discuss with people you just met. Just a thought.
