Thread title sounds trollish but I'm being serious.

Tl;dr: Basically, just what the title says

I've been travelling across the world and back on planes and trains for most of the last week and until last night, hadn't slept properly in 48 hours. So I'm just really exhausted and jet lagged. Last night, I met an 18 year old smokeshow, took her home and couldn't get hard until what seemed like an hour of foreplay. Even then, I was only at 70%.

Today, I'm still so tired, haven't had a boner all day, not even when I woke up, but she's coming over again in an hour. She is one of the most attractive girls I've ever been with so that's not the issue. Tomorrow, I will leave her country to probably never return so it's now or never.

You can't get a boner because you're suffering from lack of sleep and exhaustion. Nothing is going to change in an hour with that. You're trying to fight physiology. A boner pill would be the only option in your situation.

And definitely do not drink alcohol, that will only turn your 70% wood into 50% and make you more tired.

If this is a recent problem, it's probably because you are not sleeping enough. Sleep more.

If that doesn't work, eat more dietary fat, lift weights, don't fap, and avoid alcohol.

If that doesn't work, see a doctor.

I also travel a lot. What you're suffering from is exhaustion. There is no shortcut solution to that.
Drink plenty water, do some exercise and check out the 'What do u consider a 10' thread.

Finally, if you don't really want to fuck her don't. But somebody else probably will.

Eat less overall, digestion can sack your energy. Then take supplements that increase bloodflow: L-Citrulline, L-arginine, Ginseng, Ginger, Maca, Horny Goat Weed,...

Don´t drink alcohol, do lift weights, eat some carbohydrates a couple of hours before. Avoid stress and overthinking it, exercise can help with that.

But in general offcoruse sleep more and take Zinc for better sleep.

Well when im buzzed/drunk im pretty horny, less anxious, and dare I say it, im more alpha when im drunk. Obviously if youre an alcoholic it will affect your hormones, your libido, your mental health etc. But I think alcohol is one of the most effective tools to increase the likelihood of sex and makes sex better (again, when your not absolutely trashed).

Zinc seems to work for me, but it's unpredictable and can take over an hour. Also don't take on an empty stomach.

I second that. I keep a V-pill in my wallet. Half a pill, or if it gets crushed, a little snort, and I'm hard as concrete and horny as hell to go with it.

Thanks for the great advice everybody. It's not an ongoing psychological problem, just a one off because I'm so exhausted.

An update: I'm in Taiwan and walked into the sketchiest looking pharmacy I could find and managed to buy some Cialis. I've never used it before and don't really intend on doing it again but it did the trick [Image: smile.gif]

Cialis will help you but don't rely on it and only use it where necessary. You can try taking half a pill before a date and see whether it helps you with that as well.
