I'm sure you've consulted this infamous study on one major benefit of not ejaculating for seven days in a row, so yeah, when that testosterone is high, you go straight savage. Not jacking off is hard at first, especially when one might have been doing it consistently for a while, but after a few days, I find that I suddenly grow uninterested in, or even averse to, porn or sexual stuff on the Internet of any kind, and I become more interested in getting actual stuff done. After a few weeks, I'm just in a good mood for no apparent reason, all the time. Life is better when you're out and about and exploring the world around you instead of beating your meat behind closed doors, but I think that's just common sense.
