So I finished reading Bang and The Game about 3 weeks ago and have been incessantly approaching women ever since on top of reading anything and everything pertaining to game and the nature of women. Today i hit the magic number 50 so I wanted to ask you guys a few questions and hopefully I'll get some tips on how to further improve my game.

I am working on the rigs in North Dakota 6 weeks on 2 weeks off so for my 2 weeks i decided to hit Rapid City, South Dakota which is basically the largest "city" ( pop. 70,000 lol ) in the area.

My first week out i was sporting a standard uniform of Levi's Jeans , cheap fitted V-necks, Giorgio Brutini loafers and a cool Fossil watch.As I took the cab downtown to the bars , I shit you not guys ... I felt slightly overdressed lol. I expected the sense of style in the Dakotas to be bad but in a medium sized city on a clubbing night i was expecting better.

When i went out of my cab and into the first bar i was getting eye-fucked like crazy by both guys and girls. I'm certain they could tell i probably was not from there ( I'm half Armenian , half Ethiopian). And then it started ... My first 10-20 approaches were quite disappointing and mostly went like this ;

I would walk up to a girl holding my beer down ( shows confidence),smile and say ...

Me: Hey
Girl : Heey ( most in a drunk and crazy way ,some polite , some dis-interested)
me: I saw you from over at the bar and you know ... I just wanna take you home right now ( say it in funny way )
* girl looks at me in shock* then
Girls: Oh my Goooood ! ---- I cut her off
me: You know I'm so sorry ... I'm usually a very shy guy. But with you i can't afford to be shy ... ur just too damn sexy ( smile )

At this point the girls usually laugh and become very open to talk to and everything but after the usual where you from ? whats your name ? Why are you in Rapid city n stuff ... I cannot seem to revert the convo back to sexual terms.

From the previous method I got 2 phone numbers , no kisses , no Bj's no lays. So my question is is it better to start with something non-sexual and work you way up into conversation with a bit of sexual innuendo ? Or would it be of advantage to make my intentions known from the get-go , showing that i am not ashamed of my sexuality and that I'm alpha ? Only roblem with that approach seems to be that i revert back to non-sexual convo to introduce myself which kills the initial attraction.

Since my initial approaches of cocky/compliments got me no results i decided to attack girls' self-esteem. For the next few nights ( about 20 approaches) I specifically sought out a group of two girls and our conversations went somewhat like this ...

Me: Hey how're you girls doin ?
Chicks: Good blah blah
me to Girl 1 : " You know there is just something so ... I don't know how to put this ... so captivating about you ! "
Then i turn to her friend and say ... " Don't you think so "
Girl 2 : Ooh fuck yeah ! She's beautiful
Then i go in for the kill
me: She's not beautiful ... You're prettier than she is. But there's just something about her .. anyways I'm Vasken by the way nice to meet you.

This in my opinion , helped achieve two goals. First I compliment a girl then take it away from her in a way. At the same time I assert that the other girl is prettier effectively creating a sense of competition and insecurity among-st the girls. I kissed 4 girls using this opener but the overall vibe was not good. In many cases the girls just got offended, called me an asshole and left. But if they hung in there , more often than not i would kiss close.

Day Game

Absolutely horrible ! I am not ready for this level of game yet. I was at the YMCA gym after an hour before Zumba class so a lotta bitches were around. It's surprising how few people work out in South Dakota so I was one of the top people in shape there ( which was NOT the case back in Colorado). So i decided to test if i can assume a Douchebag persona. I came into the gym shirtless , shoeless, sockless, with jeans and sunglasses. People were laughing at me but Fuck it !! That's what Alphas do( Thanks Westcoast ur an inspiration) after working out a bit, I started talking to some blondes who could NOT take me seriously. I asked one of them out for " Coffee " . Bitches looked at each other and she agreed. I get her number ,go back to doing leg presses and 5 minutes later security comes to escort me. Apparently i was " harassing Gym members".


All in all, out 50 approaches I got 0 lays, 0 Bj's , 4 kisses and 7 numbers. What do you guys think so far ? Any input is appreciated.

You will get a better response from more indirect game in the upper midwest. If you're going to hit on girls at the Y, you definitely need to be more indirect about it. Ruminate on this proverb: a man needs to know when to be a gentleman, and when not to be. You can even use that line with women when you want to escalate the tension. But try getting them to trust you a little bit first and set them at ease before you escalate the tension. One of the most important aspects of game for me is knowing when to be a hunter and when to be a fisherman. It sounds like from what you're saying that you're too heavy on the hunter side of things.

I give you props, and I'm no expert, but I would not use the openers/lines you used. Very direct on the first one with compliments, and the second one you are rude to one girl, while telling the other girl she is pretty. So you insult target #1, and inflate target #2s ego.

Use some of the openers Roosh has in Bang. The "You look like you are having the most fun here" line, or something like that. One I have used is when I see a girl waiting to get a drink. A lot of times they will be fucking around on their phones. Not talking, or maybe not even texting, just starring at the screen checking Facebook or some shit. I'll go up to her and say "This must be an exciting bar....you came all of the way down here just to play on your phone." Say it with a smile and look right at her when you say it. Then break off into your standard convo stuff.

"You look like you are having the most fun here" has been my bread and butter for about a year since reading Bang. You should check out Day Bang too, especially since you have those two weeks to chill around town and do whatever you want.

I'm from Upper midwest, during your downtime check out the Black Hills and Corn museum there in the Dakotas. It will give you some shit to talk about with these bitches, every one of them has been to both. If you really want to check out the city head to Minneapolis/St Paul, Omaha, maybe some places in Iowa.
