I think I have been pretty clear over the years on what my stance is on taking pictures while out socially.

I like to live life, not document it. I leave that for others.

The Del Mar Racetrack Checklist I don't carry a camera to to the track.

Fair enough for not carrying a camera to an event like that, but a baller like you, must have a dope phone with a top of the line camera attached to it. Surely, you must have taken some pics of cars, the race or some girls, no?

Yo G, as you would say, bust a data sheet of the event holmes for those of us who have not been there. Like a play by play report of the event of the things that go on there. It would be awesome to read your personal experience there.

I take it you haven't read the 60-70 pages I have written on the subject. Everything you have ever wanted to know about the track is in there.

I'm talking about specific personal recommendations, not info that anyone can find on google. See, when you ask me or others to bust data sheets, we answer you by providing you very specific things that we have personally done and been there. We provide you with specific answers, including specific names of the places of interest not just generic common sense. This is what I'm asking you man to provide. This race that you're attending is something I'd like to attend next year and I'm researching it now. And it's because you are the People's Champ that we expect so much more from you than some joe shmuck. Come on, Champ, don't let us down!

Quote:Quote:

but since you're on the ground, it'd be dope to read an actual report from someone

Again, read what I have written. Or find someone to read it out loud to you if that is easier.

See I'd LOVE to read about your personal experiences of your uber mega extravagant lifestyle G. I really do. Please post a link to something you have written yourself based on your personal experience.

Quote:Quote:

Spend some time in Los Angeles and make some friends.

Those are pretty standard events.

Come on, don't leave us hanging like that G. Give us some specifics. Where to go? Which circles to get into? Names of places and even some people that you could refer to us to get us in. Come on Champ, don't leave us hanging like that.

Do they have simulcast at that track? The track in Tampa is open almost all night with that and a poker room.

Read what I have written. It is all specific personal recommendations.

There is not another site on the internet that really has any information written about the Del Mar Racetrack from a social perspective.

No card room here.

There are a few "grandfathered in" California Card Rooms in San Diego.

And before anyone asks, no.

I don't have any pictures of them on my camera.

I mean one could easily go on Google and search for generic info on it and see some pics of the event from online search and post them here, but since you're on the ground, it'd be dope to read an actual report from someone from here with current pics that you'd have taken yourself.

Also, I'm very curious and I bet everyone else here is also, to read about your experiences at the Playboy Mansion, the Grammy and Oscars parties as well as the le Festival de Filme de Cannes and the likes. Come on holmes, bust a data/report of those events and give us a glimpse of your extravagant lifestyle. [Image: smile.gif]

The playboy mansion isn't all that hard to get into. I have met many "regular" guys that have gotten in. You can buy your way in as well. It's not as exclusive as some think.

Yeah, I figured someone would weigh in.

MikeCF had a good post a while back about things that we expeirence in California that are commonplace.

But people from outside California are so mindblown by it that they don't even believe it's true.

Such is Life on the Westside.

I smoked cigars with Axl Rose at Lone Wolfe Cigars in Santa Monica.

Gave cigar tips to David Arquette in Malibu.

Been to a Tony Awards after party with Green Day and Ed Norton.

Get into the cigar scene and a guy will get you in the Grand Havana Room in Beverly Hills.

Bradley Cooper goes to my gym. So does Dave Chappelle. I'm sure I could weasel my way into their entourage if I cared.

Been to dinner with a certain CEO who just made $25 billion.

I don't even ball so hard like G.

If you guys think G is lying, you are just failing at life/missing out.

Again, I don't even *try*. I don't go out much. I'm more scholar than international playboy.

It's a big fucking world.

Get out more.

And stop hating.

If you pulled out a camera, you're a FUCKING GEEK who would get blown out.

I was making connections with Axl. Two hours in, my buddy "blew me out of set" by asking for his autograph.

When Cooper is at my gym, GEEKS ask him for a picture.

You don't get into elite social circles by acting like a star-struck fucking geek.

As I've said many times, maybe G is a social experiment, a guy who lies.

I doubt it.

Why?

Because my own life involves shit you guys would call me out on. You would hate.

So if my life is so "outrageous" and I don't even try, then it's easy for me to believe that G is doing what he's doing.

In fact, any guy who hates on G is to me immediately suspect.

Why is his lifestyle so hard to believe?

If you find it hard to believe, it's because you're bush league.

One last word on pictures and playboy game. Guys will get it or they won't.

If Michael Jordon met you, would he ask to have his picture taken with you?

Then why would you want your picture taken with him?

Ponder that, in a Zen way.

Once you understand, your mind will open.

Once you're understood that, watch the 24/7 special with 50 and Money Mayweather.

"Why are you such good friends?"

"We're such good friends because we don't need shit from each other."

Why would 50 want to roll with you if you're pulling out a camera to impress people on Facebook and a message board?

That means you're USING him.

You're not "one of us."

You're a fucking geek who TAKES rather than CONTRIBUTES.

Think about that.

Then think about it some more.

Then post some data sheets or LEGIT life advice.

Become a contributor.

"How can I make this interaction better? How can I raise people up?"

In short, ask yourself, "Am I a value-add?"

That mindset will change your whole life.

Lol, at the part about being blown out of Axl's set. Gaming a celebrity pretty much would parallel gaming a woman. Second you start acting impressed by them you'll have cockblocked yourself. I've never in my life asked someone for an autograph.

OMG!

Southern California! brought me memories....
The best place in USA period. I would say south of LA to be more specific, amazing weather,
sun all year, good beaches, very good looking women, etc. , Orange county, Newport beach, Carlsbad, Del Mar, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, San Diego, Gaslamp quarter, i mean seriously who wouldnt want to spend time in those places???

Yeah, this is the thing that all these "geographic haters" don't understand:

If you live in Southern California, and/or go to college in Southern California, you get to know these people.

You live at the beach in Southern California for a few years? You know Pro Surfers. Hell, you probably grew up with some.

My "little brother" (not related) I took under my wing in College is now a big time agent in Hollywood. This was the kid I mentored in school.

Anyone on this board can walk into The Wildcard Gym on Vine today and meet Freddie Roach. He is cool as f*ck. If you are cool, he will remember your name.

You hang out in Boxing gyms, and you become friends with Pro Boxers.

You party in LA, you go to Grammy parties. You meet p0rn stars. You meet actors. Film directors. Media CEO's. It is straight up impossible not too.

If you think that this is something that is "so unbelievable" or "someone is lying" when they tell you this stuff, you need to get out of the house more.

Or take a trip to LA. Or NYC. Or Miami. Or Las Vegas.

Hell, I am not even in LA and this month I met two celebrities. One I had sushi next to and I rapped out with him for an hour. The other is a guy that people constantly jock on this board. I was with a hotter girl than he was.

And you know what? It is not a big deal. These are normal people. There is way too much celebrity worship on this forum. Stand on your own two.

People need to quit being doubting sissy's on here all the time and live their life.

Trust me, Life a beautiful thing when you don't spend all your time hating on others.

Seems to me you West coast guys are the ones with celebrity worship even if it's cool not to take their pictures. It's part of your culture. I used to live there. I know. We have plenty where I grew up in Connecticut as well. We consider them to be a nuisance because they drew unwanted attention to our townships. They like to hide there though because it's an easy ride to NY. Do you think people in New Canaan ask Letterman for his autograph?

The Best of Southern California: The Del Mar Racetrack

I'm already planning a trip down there in August.

Amtrack is only $100 or so round trip. There's a shuttle from the Amtrack to the track.

Hotel will be $150 or so.

Tickets aren't that expensive.

All in, it's a $500 weekend.

So it's not like this is unattainable to the "average guy."

Also, you guys need to learn "stack management."

If you have $1,000 to your name, take out 10, $100s from the bank.

Guys and girls will see your stack.

They won't even know that you're only going to spend $100.

People will see your stack, and assume you're a baller.

My money clip only holds 5 bills comfortably.

When you break a $100, put the "change" in your pocket. Always ensure that only $100s are showing.

When you show up at the right place looking legit with a stack (which, again, you don't have to spend), then things like G writes about will happen.

I guarantee it.

So you can have one of two mindsets:

1. G is a liar because he doesn't post pictures of himself with hot chicks and upload them to Pininterest;
2. G writes about cool shit. How can I make that happen for myself?

In ten years, check in with me.

The haters will have the same hate, saying things are impossible.

The guy who makes shit happen will have a book of experiences that the haters will never believe.

Always remember: Where you were born was not your choice. Your parents, your upbringing...you had no control.

But you are all adult men. Grown-ass men.

What you believe is now up to you.

Hater or sucker? Baller or hustler?

This thread is epic, albeit I am not at the same level as Mike and G I see where they are going with it.

Problem is 99% of people are unwilling to die to get what they want, I am no where near thirty and I can name a plethora of shit people would never do to get something they want such as:

Show up to work with a broken hand because I knew I needed to get on a specific project.

Sleeping in a car in a McDonald's parking lot to save extra cash so I didn't go into debt for my amazing "college experience" which consisted of nothing but hustling and watching rich kids coast by.

Pulled 2 all nighters in a row using adderal and cocaine as fuel for the nights.

To be honest I don't even think I am working that hard

The issue here is that it's tough to continue moving your "mindset" up constantly. I think of life as a large comfort zone. There are two types of failures one is simply quitting these people disgust me. The second is going way beyond your means. I know a lot of dumb ass people who just quit their high paying job to do a "start up" of course this went BK because it was them searching for a magic cure. There is none.

I am starting to assume and I may be right, that you basically grow into that level of "game" by constantly moving outward a small step at a time. I catch myself asking for help / trying to use someone now and again but I believe it is dying. If I'm going to ask someone for help I'll do everything in my power to add value to that person's life. Anything "free" is just not worth it because you've lost a contact.

I may be living life improperly but I have next to no friends from high school and college. Some have decent jobs but I see they are trapped in their same "bro" groups that are still playing beer pong on weekends. This is not for me.

The most important game in the world to learn is the networking game, everything else falls into place. I've got a long way to go no doubt but I certainly won't hate on people who are successful or well off, instead it's best to spend your time connecting with these people and creating a large movement in the right direction... To the top.

Thats the real end game, being connected and not even having to interview/ask for shit, just flows.

If you find it hard to believe, it's because you're bush league.

The difference is that you are understated about it, you don't push it in everybody's face at ever turn.

A guy who does that is even more suspect in my eyes. Because if you were iNDEED living that lifestyle, you wouldn't have the need or the inclination to keep pushing it at every turn and trying to send traffic to a website that probably makes as much money in a month that you claim to make in an hour.

As for celebrities and pictures, way to take the topic off track. I don't give a fuck for celebrities and wouldn't care less if anybody would take pictures with them. But, they are not exactly camera shy, as evidenced by their naked pictures on their twitter feeds.

^ The G hate is tired, so I'll just say this.

I've met, over the past 15 years, dozens of guys from the Internet.

You would be shocked at some of the guys who are posting on message boards.

I once met a biker who had been in state and federal prison in his teens and later sold his company for $10 million and was retired at 38. (He wasn't fronting, since he had the kind of tattoos that get removed with a knife if you're a poser wearing them.)

A lot of people talk about the Internet and claim most people are posting from mom's basement.

But I've seen guys posting who live in mansions and drive Ferraris.

You just never know...

And I am sure G could pull out his Sony Bloggie $89.99 Camera and take more pictures like this:

Image Exif Data
Camera Make = SONY
Camera Model = MHS-TS10

Not exactly the type of camera I would expect a global baller of G's stature to carry, but hey I don't live in California, maybe they are the rage over there. Everybody is comparing their $89 Sony Bloggies at those wild Oscar parties.

That is all part of sales. As soon as you make an assumption about someone, you are fucked. Fact is the more success you have the more you are hates by everyone. It's actually harder to sell when you are successful because you have to feed the ego of even the weak and pathetic.

Took a long time, but you have to either grow up and be happy for the success of other. Or be bitter and whine and complain...

After all that's why the USA has a bad rep. Bunch of whining and complaining bitches.

When you attack success you are highlighting your own personality flaws. You are now forever excluded from the group. Who lost now? You did.
