I figured this might interest some people.
*short story*
I have friends that work at higher class stores and say even though the shoppers have money, some of them still come in and return things and try to use a coupon or some deal they found just say save a couple more dollars.

Before I buy things I always do a little research and comparison to find the best deal or alternative.
So here's a bunch on links where you can easily find online deals to things.

Amazon Prime
its paid service..Im not exactly sure how much it is now. but they often have free trials and if you have a student email .edu , you can get a year subscription free
You get a bunch of extra shit for kindles..movies,music and two day shipping on all items shipped through amazon. and next day shipping goes down to 3.99 standard

Groupon
No shame..My mom introduced me to this.
I thought it was kinda lame at first but then I realized they some good deals..its almost always like a buy on get one free
Not 100 percent sure but I know they have a german site..they probably have it for other countries
Find yo and your ho a dinner on the cheap at some high class place

Tanga
Nothing specific..Just random shit that goes on sale.
I dont know if you could get and player work done with this.
But i did get a year magazine subscription for 5 dollars

Woot and Woot Deals
Woot just does one or two deals on some piece of technology every day.
but they have subsites for specific things
What I like is there deals area where people add links to websites where major deals are going down or there is a free offer.
You can also type a keyword and there might be an available deal on it

Slickdeals
Mostly technology based..but you can find some good shit here too

Good luck

Amazon now has to charge state sales tax for purchases. Texas is starting July 1st. Other states to follow. This means amazon may not always be the cheapest now

That is so gay.

Amazon needs to ship HQ to New Hampshire then.

Depends on what tax incentives they get. That was a big issue in SC a while back before they opened a facility here.

Bespoke post

You pay $45 a month and they send you a gift bag every month filled with random stuff. Shipping is free and they tell you what is in the upcoming bag beforehand and let you opt out at no charge.

I personally haven't done it as of course it is currently only available in the US.

The products are usually hit or miss but is almost always worth $50+

For example June's bag had a linen beach blanket, fold up glasses, dominoes and a 1yr subscription to details magazine.

They have given away everything from cooking salts and whiskey stones to shaving brushes and pocket squares.

Don't buy things until you actually need it at most a week before hand. That alone will save you a lot of money and time not buying things that you find out you actually don't need. Use amazon prime to save you hours of time per week from going shopping.
