So I'm planning a 5-7 day mini vaca in Jan. It has to be cheap since I'm trying to save for a nice 3-5 month vaca this summer. The reason Colombia isn't on here is because I want to learn better spanish before I go to Colombia and I plan on going there for at least a month on my summer vaca. So where should I go? It's really hard to get an idea because the only place I know on the internet that is going to tell me where would be best for my type of lifestyle is right here on the forum. When I'm reading up on these places, all I'm getting is touristy shit. I wanna know, where am I gonna find the best combo of... 1) Gorgeous, prefferably not super hard to game girls (Since I don't speak good spanish especially, but don't mind a challenge as long as the girls aren't ice cold). 2) Girls that speak the most English. 3) Places with friendly people and cool culture. 4) Good nightlife. 5) Beautiful beaches/ scenery. 6) Somewhere cheap! If you guys have any other suggestions that wouldn't cost more than $300 for a plane ticket from Miami, let me know... Also, I put Jamaica and DR fully aware that the people are mostly black. Since moving to Florida I've become more and more attracted to black women, but still preffer latinas hands down. Oh... and I've already been to Mexico, so that one is probably the last on my list, though I do have a good friend that lives down there that is basically the gringo king of Puer Villarta from what I hear from friends that have visited, could be a fun trip. I was also young when I went to Mexico, so it's not totally out of the question.

Id say Mexico or Costa Rica.

Ive been to Costa Rica not long ago for all the same reasons. Cheaper, decent nightlife, good scenery with beaches forests ect, lots to do.

Jamaica definitely isnt cheap and Mexico wouldnt be on my list since the only cheap flights from Miami would be to Cancun....I voted for Dominican Republic based on your requirements during that time of year It's great time to be there and I certainly will be making a trip sometime in January to hang out. Flights will run you in the $300 range direct to DR. Dominican Baseball League is in full swing and tons of festivals and vibrant music scene (Merengue/Salsa/Bachata/Reggaeton). The women are beautiful in the DR and much better looking than Costa Rican Ticas overall and If you are a good looking white dude you will get alot of play and attention from women.

Hmmm... Just read up a little on the forum and on the US Department of State website about Trinidad. Looks like you don't need a visa to enter from the US. It's sounding like it could be a nice spot with all the mixed women, that would be ideal. I like many different types of women. It also seems to be a fun place. It looks like they have a pretty legit carnival. And I found tickets for $300. I need some more info here from someone with experience in these places. DR or Trinidad?

World factbook is saying english is the official language. I tried looking up the girls on google, they didn't look great, at least not compared to dominican and puerto rican girls. I'm not into (asian) indian women, which it looks like a lot of them have those types of features.

I have been to Trinidad last year. It's a pretty nice country. stayed at the Hyatt hotel.
Best places for pickup are the shopping malls. you will find gorgeous mixed race girls there. I believe ytou can fly in from Atlanta, Houston, Miami, NY and toronto.
they have many blacks and indians, black/indian mix, whites/indian mix etc etc

Girls like her are the norm in non-pay for play areas. I think alot of guys are seriously underestimating the talent pool in the DR. I 1st originally met her on Hi5 back in 2005 just browsing through profiles and there were TONS of girls who were on par and better than her. Just stay out of Sosua and Boca Chica and you will be fine. There are mad fly cuties in Santiago and Santo Domingo. Concentrate your efforts there and do some online gaming before you arrive and you will have plenty of options upon arrival.

I hit up Trinidad for Carnival back in 2006 and it was INSANE! IMe and my guys actually "played" in the carnival with the costumes and the whole nine yards. If you go during Carnival play with http://www.carnivaltribe.com/ (played with them in 2006) or http://www.yumavibe.com/ (I'm playing with them for 2011). Trinidad is about 40% Asian-Indian and 40% of African-Decent with large mixes with Chinese-Black, Indian-Black, White-Black etc...Makes more an interesting mix out there.

I know alot of Trinis and went to college with 3 Trini Hot girls in ATL that I'm still cool with to this day so when me and my boys went there we stayed at their house and were automatically part of a cool clique. Couldnt easily bang chicks staying with them but was able to build up and end up getting with a hot mixed Indian/Black Trini girl the last few days. The carnival parties are a great way to meet people. Prices are very cheap in Trinidad as well. We hit up this Club Zen in downtown Port-of-Spain and we were having premium bottles for 30-40 USD each back in 2006.

The girls there are very hot in my opinion and they speak English which is a huge advantage and the best girls are the mixed ones but I still think the DR has better looking chicks overall and is a bigger country. It's more conservative overall than the DR in my opinion and Port of Spain sucks as a city overall besides the Carnival which is going down in March 2011 this year and I will be there staying at the Hyatt.

The music is really cool and is the home of Soca which is an intense carribean sound that is hugely popular there. It's basically the Trinidad version of Reggae. Cricket is very huge there and is the National sport. Beaches in Trinidad suck and you would have to go over to Tobago for nice beaches and diving. I just think you would get bored staying in Port of Spain and the DR is just more dynamic to me. In January their will be alot of pre-carnival parties and they will be good so it's something to think about. I really wouldnt recommend going to Trinidad without knowing anyone or meeting some cool Trinis online before you arrive especially If you go anytime before Carnival. I took a quick glance at the couchsurfing scene and it looks like it kind of sucks so I wouldnt think that It would be a good option. You know Black people and Indian people are slow to warm to that kind of thing and once again Trinidad is a bit more conservative overall when it comes to that type of ting. But It might be worth a shot...

Yeah, I'm leaning more towards DR. The women look much better. One thing I discovered though researching Trinidad though is it would be a great place to go if you also wanted to go to Venezuela. The cheapest flight I've seen to Venezuela from Miami is around $550, but Trinidad is only $300 and it's only 7 miles from the coast of Venezuela. I would think you could get to where you need to go in Venezuela for under $100 from Trinidad.

Not as easy as you think...there is no daily scheduled passenger service between the two islands and by the time you caught the bus and the one day a week ferry that supposedly goes out you would run through that $250 price difference with the quickness. I flew from Caracas to Port of Spain and back to stop over from Trinidad after the Carnival on Aeropostal. It should be cheap and I would go this route rather than by boat. There is some further information out there about it. Sounds like you need to go with DR buddy. Venezuela with no spanish skills and no connections due to the crime presence and the currency fluctuation would be very shaky IMO.

No doubt. I don't plan on going to Venezuela until... 1) I learn Spanish. 2) I have a Venezuelan friend that can show me around. Or 3) That prick Huego Chavez gets overthrown. My neighbor is from Venezuela, she moved to the states as a teen, but her mom still lives in Venezuela. The mom is visiting right now. She thinks Huego Chavez will be out of power within the next 1-2 years.
