Much of this post are simple thoughts or postulations. No data sheets here.
In reading several different threads, the one about taken women throwing themselves at celebrities, about "the best thing a girl has done for you", and my ideas of women's attraction in general, I came up with the following ideas today.
For all their faults, slutty behavior, obnoxious drunken behavior, annoying speech, all the shit we talk about women in general, I do believe that they do possess a nurturing instinct just as men possess a protective instinct, that is, those of us who are in touch with our instinctual, primal, testosterone driven nature. And no, I don't think this is a global vs. western thing. I think all women have it, but it's more apparent in less westernized cultures.
I began thinking, hot women very often look miserable or bitchy. They maintain a perpetual scowl on their face, largely due to constantly getting hit on or "creeped on". Typical bitch shield. But also because they're constantly being treated like princesses. Now, while a bitch may THINK she's happy with this arrangement, I don't think any one of them could actually be classified as happy. Inside, any princess must feel extremely unfulfilled.
They also make horrible girlfriends, at least the ones I've dated. I believe that because of their superior physical features, men are CONSTANTLY giving to beautiful women. 8-plusses are riding a gravy train of gifts, trips, thoughtful gestures from courting men. Think about what this does to a human psyche. They never learn to give, and indeed, the hotter girls I've dated have been the most selfish. Because the way men treat beautiful women, we block their natural nurturing tendencies. I've found that more attractive women are less happy in relationships and certainly less functional.
It's my belief that men who put in too much effort into their relationship, who are too giving, are cheated on more than the alternative. Not because the woman wants a challenge, but because somewhere in there, women DO want to be nurturing and maybe even a little submissive. Men who don't demand this or exhibit behavior that demands this will find themselves with miserable, unfulfilled girlfriends or wives.
Personally, by my very nature and upbringing, this is a greater challenge. It's easy for me to go out and buy shit for a girl, to write her a thoughtful note, to be romantic. By nature, it's HARDER for me to be demanding or tell a girl what to do for me. It goes against my social programming. There's also a part of me that feels like I become needy if I tell a girl what to do for me, but the reality is anything but. You don't get treated like a king by sending telepathic thoughts.
I stopped doing all the giving and romantic shit in my mid 20s because I saw it wasn't getting me anywhere, but I didn't understand why. Now I do. Women don't want to be worshipped, praised, or exalted. They want direction and a cock to worship. Why else would so many women drop their HUSBANDS in a heartbeat for some alpha celebrity cock? They want to SERVICE celebrities, there's no way in hell any woman has the fantasy of being treated like a princess by a celebrity. I'd say she's more likely to fantasize about being his disposable fucktoy. There's the status thing, sure, but what is it really about? What is the fantasy? In the female brain, there is no greater alpha male than a celebrity, and what she craves MOST, beyond a husband, or security, or children, is to have a Master over her mind, body, and soul.
Being a "bad boy" or asshole isn't just about piquing a girl's interest. I think she sees a man like that and is 1) turned on by his blatant independence and living by his own rules but also 2) imagines that in some way she might be able to help him, service him, nurture him, and I think this is very often overlooked.
When I started becoming more selfish in dating and relationships I saw greater results but didn't bother to question why. I was getting what I wanted. But now I see, not only does that make ME happier, it makes the GIRL happier. Demand more. Make her give everything she's got.
