Mixx reveals himself to be the ultimate hypocrite

I've been patient with his ego while he posted here. A lot of guys don't know that things happen behind the scenes, how Mixx could be a primadona when people would question him.

He has someone criticizing him? Okay Mixx, I'll take care of it.

Haters calling out his work for inconsistencies? Okay Mixx, I'll tell him to calm down.

Two times I had to check him when he stepped overboard, but I kept it private so his sensitive ego wouldn't be damaged in front of everyone. As long as he contributed more than his "haters", he would win and I would step in to silence the hater. I saw no problem with this. He could be the most popular and powerful guy in the forum as long he did his thing and dropped the data.

One of Mixx's biggest problems with the forum, and a reason he ultimately quit, was that he was angry to be sharing data and have so many "moochers" who didn't contribute. He wanted a private forum of vouched members who would equally share. He wouldn't stop going on about the moochers and leechers and how they were destroying the forum. It became his crusade in the last few months. I refused to make it a private forum and he used the rep situation as a pretext to quit.

So what is Mixx up to these days? Mooching off this very forum. I found this written somewhere..

Quote:Quote:

for the record, I was not banned from RooshV - my account is still active there, but it was time to move on. I still lurk and data mine the forum for intel on specific places

So he has come full circle, and become what he has hated. Even when Mixx quit the forum in a temper tantrum, I didn't lose respect for him, but I have now. I would be very hesitant to welcome him back. I hate hypocrites, and sadly he has revealed himself to be one. If a man doesn't stand by his own words, he has little character in my book.

Been over to Naughty Nomads forum, have you Roosh? I saw that the other day as well. That is where the exiled seem to have congregated. I would post the link, but I don't want to start some weird cross forum flame war.

All I can say is that only a prima donna would have left the forum over rep points in the first place.

How much activity do you have going on behind the scenes here in this forum? Only a child would PM you to whine about what someone else says.

I could see that the guy had swag and influence on the forum but never would have figured that he would have gotten upset about moochers. The whole point of being in the upper crust is that everyone else's contributions aren't worth as much, so naturally they're going to welch your shit. Getting mad about that just seems strange to me.

Man this MiXX debacle is saddening. Maybe I'm just new here, but a bit of perspective would have been nice. If you're banging 100+ girls a year, why on earth would you give a shit about moochers on a forum? If MiXX didn't want to share his info out to moochers he could have just... not, and then created his own private forum with contributing members from here. Or added a caveat to his info saying that he wouldn't contribute any more info until someone could give him more info on X subject. Personally I don't see mooching as too much of a problem - on a forum most people give out information mainly because they want to help people, not because they want something else back for it.

I lurked (mooched lol) for ages before I joined so I'm well aware of MiXX's enormous value to RVF, however this just sounds ridiculous. I'd like to hear MiXX himself explain why he disliked moochers so much, and why he felt so threatened by the "haters" Roosh was talking about.

The whole idea of "mooching" per se is kind of weak. Forums are about sharing. I recommend that guys lurk for a while before they even think about contributing. Figure out what's what and who's who on the forum first. Some members are able to travel more than others, thus they will be able to drop data sheets that all others can benefit from. Those guys aren't mooching. When they're able to travel, the hope is that they'll return the favor and drop a sheet. Some guys simply have more life experiences and more to share. If anyone truly feels that they're being taken advantage of and not getting any value, they should leave, but without the histrionics. Instead of trying to remake someone else's thing, start your own. Quite a few guys that contribute here do have their own blogs, and have already written, or plan to write books. They don't bitch - they just DO.

he did say thats what he'd do on his last post on the forum

Quote:Quote:

With all due respect, this is your forum, and you'll run it as you please, I know that all too well, but by taking the rep point system away, then there is really no more need for me to continue contributing and just remain a lurker and data mine the forum for my own selfish needs like lurkers with 0 rep points do.

I think I may have "hated" on Mixx in a couple threads, in reality I had nothing against the guy and could potentially see him as a guy I could learn from, but I got to agree with Roosh's assessment that he was a "primodonna" and had a way over-inflated ego. I can't stand people who are narcisistic and arrogant, and I could see how Mixx was trying to assert his influence over the forum, and dismiss other users because of their lack of rep points.

To be honest I think it was a really good move when Roosh disabled the rep system, because it seemed like people were getting too into their rep points, and it was almost like people were viewing it as this great achievement and were thus having an ego because of it. Also, what probably annoyed me the most were a lot of forum users who were turning into Mixx fanboys, basically kissing his ass and giving him e-props and high fives.

I mean it's cool to respect a guy and give credit where it's due, but people basically were starting to act like Mixx was some kind of game God. Which leads me to another point, dude talked a lot of talk, I know some people met him, but I am one to doubt anything I read on the internet, without tangible proof (pics, video, or other members vouching from real life experience.) Mixx claimed to have banged something like 115 women in 2011, he could have easily been over-exaggerating, outright lying, or including women that he paid for sex.

Shit, I could start claiming all kinds of shit like that, and would you guys just believe me just cause? I'm not saying I think dude was an outright liar, but I don't know for sure, so why am I just going to believe him and start acting like he's the world's great PUA. On top of that, I could bang 100+ 4s and 5s in a year, but that's a lot different than banging women in the 7-9 range.

I've gone back and read some of the old threads, and Mixx did drop some knowledge. Whether he occasionally lied, I am not sure (although I do have some doubts about some of his claims), but he did provide some solid posts. Don't really get how he had so many fanboys on here though? I guess some people just want to believe in something.

One thing I think is interesting is the push to make this a "private forum." I have been a member of a private forum and 75%+ of the posts on a private forum are about (drum roll please)...

Who to let become a member of the "private forum" and/or which current members of the private forum to banish. It becomes a fucking circle jerk and nothing more. Making the RVF a private forum would be the end of the RVF. It would be "dead" within a couple of years, save for a few die-hard hacks who would trugde on due to having nothing better to do.

Agreed. I value this forum and I appreciate the threads, posts, and data sheets that members post. The internet groupie thing is kind of lame to me and I don't really buy into the stories and personas which appear to be entirely fabricated.

Not to pile on, but something I felt from the start is this;

Validation whore=Mixx

Truly confident men, those that generally get with broads, don't need constant validation.

Did anyone here actually meet him and/or see him in action? What happened to his "friend" from Miami that suddenly popped up here briefly after he stormed off? Haven't noticed him here in a while... (I don't need to spell it out do I?)

btw-Ballers, which he claimed to be, don't drive mid 80's 944's with ricer wings.

The being raped by 15 women was so far over the top I can't believe no one called him on it.

I feel the forum has been a better place since he left. Along with his ketosis or whatever the fuck it was.

Message boards attract weird people. I've met great people from them, along with plenty of pathological liars. It takes a lot of time in person to figure out which category the person is in. If you've never met them, who the fuck knows.

Roosh how do you plan to incentivize members to share data? Having people contribute high quality information to forums is a tragedy of the commons problem. If no one shares data, the forum is worthless but the easiest option for every individual is just mooching.

Like many mega players, you could tell that MiXX really had something to prove when it came to women and went to some big extremes, like his idea of never being with a girl more than once and devoting enough time and money in his life to apparently bang 100 girls in a year or something like that.

In my opinion members should be incentivized by the desire to share travel and game data for the good of their fellow man.

Also, Roosh has already made some pretty sweet data sheet offers.

I am sorry Mixx left, he was a great addition to this forum and I believe there more to this story. I will say there are alot of moochers who have emailed me about certain spots, then they disappear without sharing the knowledge.

Of course asking for a private forum is out of line, he should have started his own blog. I do believe a system should be put in place for veteran members or newbies that have added solid data, so that they can share information.

This thread is kinda funny, it reads like a Communist party meeting after a nice Stalinist purge. Pre-purge: "Mixx is awesome!" "What a player!" Afterwards: "I knew that dude was full of shit" "Never trust anything you read." "Most of the people on this forum are losers anyway (unlike me)." "We have always been at war with Eastasia" etc.

I don't have a dog in this fight, it's just funny to see people pile on now, as if they feel it's acceptable and even fashionable now.

Personally, I see both sides of the data/privacy debate. My concern is not so much mooching as it is having good spots overrun with dudes. Is this likely? It depends on the data. I'd guess it's pretty low for international travel destinations. But in an American city, where readers have the chance to test out destinations at their leisure, there's more of a risk. It still might be nil. But I don't see any advantage to posting the data publicly, as opposed to sharing it privately with people in your area. I've put together a bit of a data sheet/map for LA, and I share it freely with quality posters.

With something like what to do on a first date, I see no harm in posting a public sheet.

You're off. Being successful with women doesn't mean you're truly confident. It doesn't mean you have no emotional issues. Hell, some issues, like being a machiavellian, narcissistic psychopath make you more attractive.

You don't sound any cooler for condescendingly implying most people here are losers. Hell, you don't even have anyone who has met you and vouched for you. I've met a few people off the forum, and they've mostly been cool guys.

Plus, many guys here sound a lot different in person. A guy might rant or write a little long-winded, and be totally smooth and funny in person, especially when macking a girl.

I don't think this makes MiXX a hypocrite. He dropped all sorts of data. It'll be awhile before he owes the forum IMO.

Something that did stick out to me once was when BBL lost his shit and was bashing the forum and Roosh he said something like "you nerds are lucky to have MiXX" and rather than telling BBL fuck off (and take the side of the forum) he said something like "thanks".

That struck me as not being a very stand up thing to do but whatever.

I believe he was telling the truth about his exploits for the most part (I never read the being raped by 15 girls claim). Until you've seen guys like him in action it might be hard to believe but I've experienced spurts of success like that (and have friends that do) and I know it can be sustained. Therefore I don't doubt him in that regard.

I think the value he brought outweighed any negativity but I also acknowledge that I wasn't burdened by having to deal with any hissy fits.

Unfortunate turn of events.

He dropped massive amounts of useful knowledge. That's pretty much all I care about.

Not only did he drop data, he put himself out there, which I fully respect. He posted pics, videos, and did a pretty in-depth interview for the RooshV blog. A year or two ago, people were all over his nuts. Now posters are shitting on him. I don't get it.

He hasn't posted in months. These attacks seem unprovoked and unwarranted.

I don't know the whole story or what went on behind the scenes. I'm only writing about the information that is available to me, so please keep that in mind.
