I'm going to roll this thread in with an analogy.
After New Years, my goal was to get in shape. I have met and exceeded my commitment and I chalk my success so far to going to the gym on the regular. But there were days when I was not up to going to the gym at all. On these days, I had a system developed that I could conceivably do in a few minutes.
The question I asked (and answered) when I wrote this was "What little can I do today, as in right now, so I can be better in the future?"
I keep the list in a notecard in my wallet and adhere to it religiously.
Now suppose the question I asked was something like "What can I do today, as in right now, to ensure getting laid in the future?"
What I have so far is --
I dunno, is this a workable system? Does anyone else have a system?
