This is very true. Poles integrate very well in Germany, too. In fact there millions of Germans with Polish ancestry, you can even see it by their last names. Russians on the other hand are a different kind of breed. Most Russian women cannot stand the way German men are. Submissive, mellow etc. etc...they hate it and often end up dating/marrying within their Russian community. Poles don't. They obviously keep their family ties but that's about it.
