An Iowan man worked as a mall security guard. One woman's complaint of him being a sexual harasser caused him to lose his job. He came back with a gun to kill the woman.

Police arrested Alexander Kozak, 22, of Sadler Lane in North Liberty, about 8:30 p.m. Friday after authorities in Scott County stopped his vehicle on Interstate 80. Kozak is accused of shooting a 20-year-old woman near the food court about 7:30 p.m. Friday.

Kozak had been a security guard at the mall but was fired earlier in the day due to complaints of sexual harassment of store employees. It's believed he targeted the woman, who reportedly worked at the Iowa Children's Museum, because her complaint was the last in a series and led to his firing.
