To me the question of whether homosexuality is inborn or not is completely irrelevant to these sort of discussions no matter what side you are on.
To frame it another way, ask a LGBT activist if it was discovered that homosexuality was indeed a choice would it change any of her opinions on the issues. I'm guessing it would not.
