Good point, my answer would be, because we have the privilege of living in the west and know from a very young age that there are people suffering around the world, because of our ways of living. So I would think that this is altering the views of young people, making them feel guilty and deciding that this is wrong and has to stop, by not getting children for themselves they are helping the environment. while people from 3rd world countries have no education nor the time to think about population or the environment. those are just my thoughts on the subject, but I think there is some truth to that.
