If your game is strong, he will probably worship your godlike talent at landing poon with effortless efficiency and will also probably be willing to do the dishes and be available to pick up your room for when you call him on your way home from the bar and a girl is following you to your place. You'll have to instruct him to pick up some regular girl's shoes that she left and maybe a necklace that's still on the nightstand. Get the roommate and keep the extra cash for taking girls out. Girls that are young (and the ones you should be banging) don't care anyway.
