while gamergate sort of sucks, you guys are ten times worse with your blatant hypocrisy and inability to function as reporters - either accept the mantle of increased social responsibility that goes along with being part of the media, or don't and lose any ethical superiority you might have had. you can not have it both ways.

i am glad you are losing sponsors and lots of money. gawker is awful, and will always be awful as long as you don't realize that hey, maybe the fact that you were compelled to apologize repeatedly means that YOU did something wrong, and that it's not the rest of the world that is at fault.
