that's basically my same thought: there is no race genetically prone to crime or anti-social behaviours but black americans are one of the most deresponsabilized ethnic group in the US society and that's the reason why they're lagging behind. also hip hop culture is definitely harmful to afram youth as it glamourizes or glorifies ghetto behaviour and afram people should have an alternative to that.
