Wife falsely accuses husband of molesting daughter, husband gets sentenced to 15 yrs

He obviously had a bad lawyer. Molestation of his daughter is a criminal offense. Not something judged in family/divorce court. He could have got a child psychologist involved to interview everyone involved to sort out the facts and give a report to the court. He could have also appealed the verdict.
