There is no financial incentive to switch sides to MRAs and the manosphere. But there is plenty of money on the other side - for example
Anita Sarkeesian received more than 200.000$ in her "fundraiser" to play a couple of video games, release a dozen videos on youtube and thus "prove" that games are sexist. Oh - she needed the money to buy the games and have enough time for fucusing on the subject - hehe. Nice job indeed.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
