I know porn is illegal in many places in asia and sometimes the more mainstream sites are blocked, but I can't believe any male would not look at porn. I have to think that chinese guys know how to look at internet porn more and don't fear any retribution for it.
Also, I've never been to China, but my understanding is that the culture and corruption basically make prostitution less risky and more culturally acceptable there as well, similar to much of the rest of asia.
Encouraging marriage and childbearing is a culturally difficult thing to do. Japan needs to do it as well to have a chance of their culture not collapsing. Opening visas for foreign marriage is probably the best bet these countries have. I think all countries should make it easier to import girlfriends and wives as a way to encourage marriage and procreation both of which are positive for the culture and economy.
