Unless you're one of the few that genuinely has a real medical issue, that simply is not true. Eating less AND eating better and exercising more are the key to being thin AND healthy.

This. My brother lost 80 lbs in a few months from just basic exercise and not eating like a fucktard. These people make me sick.
