Years ago they tracked the "troublesome" one into woodshop classes taught by the teachers with the best ability to keep them in line, usually a football coach. Now they get pushed into double-block english classes with an inexperienced female teacher and it's a surprise to me that the suicide rate in this country is as low as it is.
