The real story here is that two girls, a 14 year old and a 12 year old, were arrested and charged with felonies for "bullying".
In other words, they trolled this girl online and IRL, and because she killed herself, they have somehow committed a felony.
It is regrettable that the girl killed herself. In a sane world, this doesn't make "bullying" a crime for which you can be arrested.
This is yet another terrible precedent. You can be charged with "bullying", basically for communicating with someone in a not-so-nice way. The "perps" may be females in this case but this precedent will be used mainly to hound men and young boys.
